I rememeber being offered a Criquet K25 from FSH a few months ago but I don't remember mini Kelly then, although there is a whole batch of them now, so good luck for your appointment success!

Just wanted to add that stock is rather good at the moment here in Paris. As long as you have an appointment, it’s almost certain that you can get a quota bag. Whether it’s a specific color you may be looking for is a different question. I’m not sure, however, how long this will last as the pandemic slows down in France and more tourists come.

Well, that wasn't my case. After all the "I know people who" very positive stories, I was so sure to get offered something when I succeeded to have an appointment at FSH one month ago. So I booked a train ticket to Paris just for the appointment (I'm a French native, but living in the UK). Unfortunately, I left empty handed (after the SA disappeared to """"check the stock""" for 30 minutes). So, nothing is definitely "certain" with Hermès, everything is a matter of luck and (let's be dramatic) destiny.

Yes indeed, the number of bags sold during the day definitely counts. I'm wondering if you have more chance to have something at the openning or at closing (with the appointment system).
I asked for a K28...so very classic ! Even if I have a looong list of homeware and shoes target, I didn't ask for other things because I was so disapppointed at the moment. I recognize it was a silly move from myself.

i don’t thing the time make a difference. At my first visit in July 2019 around 6pm on a Friday was offer a Kelly 25 vert amande and constance étoupe that decline.
True a kelly 28 is very classic and beautiful.
The production is lower in general I had to wait months for coffee cup, hashtrey,belt still waiting for a pillow. After it isn’t at the flagship but Brussels.
During my trip I would like to get a wallet but I know what I want and no willing to buy just to get offer a bag.
Maybe because of the situation they tend to sold bag if you make other Purchase ? Hermès mystery..

I found that SAs are more careful now for popular items since lots of buyers are targeting the French stores (bags or rodeo pegase alike). FSH will usually offer you the best bag they can once they have determined you are a loyal and real customer. In this case, of course purchase history helps. But showing that you incorporated other Hermes items into your life beside leather goods is also helpful (doesn’t have to purchased in Paris). From my discussion with the SAs at FSH, the number of mini Kellys they receive has dramatically decrease in recent two years for some reason.

I’m sorry to read this! I did say “almost” but you’re right, there’s always a bit of chance when it comes to purchasing a quota bag. But if there’s any store in the world where that can happen without making a wish list and spending large amounts of money, it’s FSH and the other two stores in Paris.

I totally agree on you on the fact that they are trying to avoid reseller but more into loyal customers, interested in the brand.
About targeting the French boutique always was the case even worst before. I’ve heard crazy story of peoples travelling from outside of EU just for an Hermès bag. I find it quite excessive after everyone do what they want.

The only way to secure an appointment is by filling out a request on the appointment website (and this site is only accessible on your mobile, not a desktop nor laptop). You can choose one of the three stores for the next day but you do not have the choice of hour. You receive a response the day you make the appointment, normally between 8 and 8:30 (although it is possible to receive it a bit later from 8:30 to 8:45). No need to constantly check your mail for a positive response - Hermès sends a text message if you were successful in getting an appointment. Rejections, on the other hand, do not get text messages but only an email asking you to try again another day.

Remember that the name with which you are trying to secure an appointment matches the name on the credit card you will be using (otherwise the purchase cannot be made). Give yourself also more or less 30 minutes before and after the time that you are given as the appointment hour can change in that range, depending on whether appointments before yours take more or less time.

Probably the people who don't manage to score a bag post less about the search. Sorry to hear your SA conked out on you. That's odd. Yes, I agree, it is a matter of destiny.

Will be trying my luck tmrw at FSH. Been calling customer service since last tuesday to explain that I don’t get the sms confirmation. Starting from saturday was getting one by the phone with 4 no. But today lost like 4 hours calling back and forth, been transferred wrong service, telling it is impossible we don’t give the code by phone.
At the end I think because I don’t do it myself i can still wait until august.
Hope they will be understating because it is the online system how is having an technical problem. Xx
