Will be trying my luck tmrw at FSH. Been calling customer service since last tuesday to explain that I don’t get the sms confirmation. Starting from saturday was getting one by the phone with 4 no. But today lost like 4 hours calling back and forth, been transferred wrong service, telling it is impossible we don’t give the code by phone.
At the end I think because I don’t do it myself i can still wait until august.
Hope they will be understating because it is the online system how is having an technical problem. Xx

So I am reporting about my trip to FSH. I did explain the situation and the hostess didn’t give a f…, he was telling me keep up trying we are daily more then 3000 request. The system is having a issue but the fact that I have to spend at least 1h no excuse. At some point he told me why don’t you try at your local boutique, putting yourself on the list. I hope he say that also to non French speaking peoples. Which is quite funny it that does day « nice influencers » are able to walk in have bags ship abroad.

Ending going at the Sèvres boutique and amazing service, gave him a few options and was offer a Constance in a neutral color will post pictures later.
Next to me a woman was hopping for a bag and heard out of stock even Constance which wasn’t the case Didn’t end up well she was repeating I am gone cry, I am sick well was almost begging.

walking appointment Sèvres no longueur available they made a exception because of my personnal issue.

After all FSH quite disappointed maybe with an appointment would have be more possible.

If some of you are trying walking appointment for bags without an SA at FSH forget about it.

Sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience. Personally, during my recent visits, I have received wonderful service at both the FSH and Sèvres store. I do agree the people at the leather counter could be dismissive, but not all sales are rude at FSH. Congratulations on the Constance and can’t wait for you to share with us!

During my last visit I had a great experience. I guess the SA must be tired of peoples asking for appointment but in my situation was totally different.
The shop wasn’t particularly busy a lot of beautiful bags on display.

My feeling was the boutique is for local or outside of EU. Since when do you suggest to go at your local boutique.

Got a Constance which I am super happy about the color is bleu orage it look for me very similar to vert amande. I might like that color even more then vert criquet even if I wouldn’t say no in a mini Kelly .

Yes, I went right before the pandemic, was browsing around FSH and purchased a few SLGs. I asked an SA (who appears new because they had to ask someone else) if there were any Evelyne’s available. They advised that all bag inquires regardless of what it is has to be via appointment.

this is really considering know you have to request online appointment for 3 boutiques. Someone how don’t want K/B/C will have to wait days and days..

I went straight to what I was looking for.
I probably start saying that I was looking for a compact wallet in Kelly or Constance style.
The SA how assist me was a Brazilian men extremely nice ( big mistake of not asking him his card). He told me let’s start with the bag that you are looking for.
I gave him my option, want it a small bag Kelly 25- mini Kelly- Constance 18. My dream color was very criquet but he told me we don’t have, we have less stock then FSH. Everyone is asking for small bags. Start to tell him colors palettes that I would be interested.

He came back with the Constance didn’t try to make me buy other items. I still bought the Kelly compact wallet and I am very happy about it. Bleu orage wasn’t on my list never saw it before but the more I see it the more I love it.

Must say that the hostess you « check » the appointment was very friendly too . I was able to get an appointment, the other woman how made a scene too.

The stock at Sèvres is lower but the atmosphere in general very different, even the vibe of the boutique. It is hard to describe but it was peaceful, a good energy.

For peoples coming from far away the boutique won’t be the best if you are looking for very demand items, but if you are willing to build a relationship it’s seems better then FSH. I need to get his email and probably asking him if it is possible to do some kind of wishlist.. It will be for sure faster then my local boutique haha

Thinking of it know the guy at FSH treat my like ****. Okay my main boutique is Brussels but I have purchase history at FSH.I am waiting for a special order, the Constance is my fourth Hermès bags. Saying maybe trying to put you on the waiting list as you boutique, how say that ?! He know why we got at the boutique because you have chance to leave with a bag that you want without waiting months.

When you look influencer like Leonie how got a mini Kelly shipped to Germany and let’s be honest except her bags don’t see much Hermès.. Good for her but the fact that they are starting to give privilege to influencer not sure. We are not talking about big celebrities.

Yes, for FSH. Back then the other locations St. George and Sèvres weren’t requiring appointments. So I was able to wait in line (1 hour before opening on a cold windy day). And was able to inquire about bags other than B/K/Cs. However, with the appointment system for all boutiques I’m pretty sure it would be a long waiting game now.
