They didn't have any in stock for what I asked for, so I left with empty hands.
I will continue to try, but my concern is whether that is a waste of time and money. I would not compromise much just to have a bag (I already have Birkin). I only take a bag which is exactly what I want.
Should you share with me your experience at FSH store?
1) How many try did you make before you got the bag you want?
2) Should buying some items at FSH help?
3) Having a late appointment is hopeless?
Let's discuss your experience at FSH store. It might help others to save time and money.
Note: the reason why I ask for EU locals experience, is because we might not try successively multiple days in a short period, like 5-7 days, but only come when you have appointments. I myself will not hang around Paris for days in a row, but coming there only if I have an appointment.

I am from the Middle East, and I was in Paris last October, I got my appointment on my 5th attempt which was my last day in Paris..
1.I got the bag I wanted a B25, the color wasn’t on my list but loved it when I saw it.. and for me I would be a bit open minded for the color options as prices in Europe is much cheaper than prices in the Middle East..
2. I don’t think buying other things matters if you already secured your appointment, and a good relation with an SA will help.
3. My appointment was on 3:30 and got the bag I wanted, my sister and my sister in law also got the bags they wanted after 3:30. So time doesn’t matter..
Maybe they really didn’t have what you wanted

I am after a B25 too. I also don't mind colors except orange or orange-ish shade, also no grey. I prefer bold colors.
I don't buy things at FSH either because I prefer to buy and maintain relationship with local SA in Germany where I can visit them more often than going to Paris which is still far.
Ah it is good to know that 3pm-4pm appointment still work. I wonder in case I got an appointment late, would it worth to take one day off to go if chance is too slim. But yeah we never know.
I got my appointment after 6 failures. I am trying to get a new one.

my sister got a B25
sister in law a B30 she wanted a 25 but I guess me and my sister got the last 2 that day..

Am going to Paris on December will be there for a week, I’ll just have 5 tries, am curious what will happen..

I hope I will get the bag soon. My husband already told me that I am too crazy. He is French and from Paris, still he doesn't understand why I am that mad with Birkins. I already have Birkin 35 which is huge, and I'm waiting for my B25 coming from SA, but I have no idea when it arrives, maybe 1-2 years. So that's why I am trying luck at FSH :smile:
I think securing an appointment is only a half of the story. We really need luck i.e come when they have good inventory.

I already shared a pic of my recent score on the Latest purchase thread but thought I might share it here too in case it helps answer any questions especially since I just saw the latest questions from @h000111 around coming to Paris from another EU country etc.

I made a trip to FSH last week, in fact I was there at the same time as @frankiextah as my appointment was also at 3:30pm (we must have been in the store at the same time!) Before coming, I emailed my usual SA to set up an appointment and she responded offering me an app on the time and day I had requested. Please note that I’m no VIP and I don’t usually buy other things at FSH to “build up” purchase history or anything. Each time I visit I was only focused on getting a bag (any small accessories I can easily get from my local H stores). This had not made a difference in terms of getting an appointment and a quota bag with my SA. In my last visit I requested for a B and was offered a couple of options after which I brought home a B30 in Noir togo rosegold hardware!

This time I only wanted a small Kelly (K25 or 28) and I specified that I love gris shades. My SA knows that I like light pink too and of the K28s she had in stock on that day (she mentioned some brighter colours like orange, bright pinks, greens etc which she didn’t bring to me as I wouldn’t like them), she showed me a very special bag!

She explained that this is a special order made by the store manager as they have some extra SO quota left over and the manager could choose some beautiful combinations to order from the factory. Without further ado, here’s my new K28 in Gris Mouette and Rose Azalee with Brass Gold hardware! It is breathtaking but since I have never planned to own a SO, it took me awhile to decide to take it (my SA must have thought I was crazy ) Was very surprised that Gris M is available too as I thought it is no longer in production.

I have been in paris since Monday, and i tried to get appointment from saturday with no luck, i tried with 2 passport and 2 phones so 10 rejections for me, the same for my mum 10 rejections as well and 5 for my sister, im not sure what to do anymore as i just had a surgery 10 days before my trip and i cant queue in this weather for the other stores. I have one more chance to get an appointment for saturday.

Good luck dear.. and try to visit the store around 3pm ask if there is any cancellations and tell them that you tried getting the appointment several times and it’s you last day..

try your best to go around 11am right after they situate the 1st wave of appts. asking before the afternoon could potentially place you with an immediate appt and if not they would have you return around 2:30-3:30, but at least asking before noon puts you ahead of a bunch of people planning to do the same in the afternoon. good luck!

We want to go Paris for this Christmas too but just worried most of the Hermes bags will be reserved for local people, any thought about that?

One of my European friends is a customer at the Amsterdam store but he would stop by FSH from time to time to search for items not available in Amsterdam, when he is in Paris on business trip. He was just there this past Monday-Tuesday and went in on Tuesday at 4:45pm to purchase 1 pair of shoes and 1 men's RTW top, these were pieces that the Amsterdam store did not have in stock. He casually asked the SA helping him if there could be a possibility of a bag for his wife, gave the SA options of B25 and B30, blacks or neutrals with GHW, and the SA returned with a B30 in Sienna Togo GHW. He did not apply for a leather appt online, walked in late in the day, but did make a purchase prior to asking for a bag.
