I will go to Paris next week and visit FSH. Has anyone bought wallpaper (do they sell wallpaper at FSH?) or furniture at the store? Do they ship worldwide for such heavy/bulky products?

My wife's dream is to buy a croc birkin in smaller size 30 or 25. We only have purchase history of one B30 at FSH around 3 years ago (we tried to buy other things like wallets at that time but no stock! only bought B30). Does anyone know any ballpark estimate on spending on other accessories to be offered one?

14th, Nov was holiday for inventory.

Trip continued- reminder day 1- not able to get a FSH online appt but able to get appointment after store opened at George V - told no B/KC and offered a jypsiere which i was not interested in. Day 2- Friday a holiday and Hermès was closed though plenty of other stores including Chanel were open. Day 5- Monday. Did not get an online appointment for FSH. Did que up for Sevres and told no B/KC also. Then made the way to FSH. Was able to get a walk in appointment and offered a black Swift kelly cut with gold hardware!- purchased . And I met Michael costes- he happened to be passing by in the quite area the SA brought me to. He was very nice and commented on the bag and we had a quick talk about the kelly cut bag style.

If my memory is serving me well, which may not be the case due to jet lag, there was a sign at FSH today that stated they would be closed on the 11th. I did not see another notation of a special closing. Good Luck!

I went back to the store to get the SA business card but was told by the hostess they don’t have carda. I asked well various other locations do have them- then I was able to ask the SA directly and she said the only email is the one for customer service and they don’t have individual cards or contact info.

Then how do repeat customers get In Touch with their respective SA’s at this location?

That’s not true. I received business cards from SAs from both fsh and sevres. Maybe it’s seniority or something but I know certain SAs don’t have their own business cards. Hope this help
