I got a business card from my SA and she wrote her email address on it so I can contact her directly next time.

They only give it out to certain customer i got mine without email, the second time i met him again he gave me his email so we

same here but only on the second meeting the first one was just his name card

I would love to get a alligator birkin for my mother’s birthday next year, I am planning to visit the store in Jan 2020, can any of your lovely ladies give me some tips? I have some history in FSH even managed to get an appointment last year, but this time when it comes to exotics skin I don’t know how to play the game.

I just realized that the B30 that I was offered at FSH also has a horseshoe. Maybe I was just too excited about the offer that I did not even realize the heat stamp. I couldn't find anything that is different from my other B30 and found your post. I guess the leather must be really special for the craftsman to use this special stamp. Wish he/she uses a different color stitching to make it even more special.

Is that etoupe? You got another bag offered too?

I was once offered a single-colour etoupe horseshoe K25 and I was told it's because of the permabrass hardware.
