Hello! First time posting here after following this thread for a while. I'm going to Paris in December as a graduation gift from my parents and i'm wondering if December stocks are good because it's Christmas season and it's really been my dream to buy a B/K from FSH. I'll be there 13, &19-23. I've read about the online booking & how difficult it is to get an appointment. Please share any tips and if you know how much the bags currently are so i can save up!! I'm also currently torn between getting a hotel near george v and fsh. I'm so nervous about this trip after reading about the unlucky ones!

The stock is always good before Xmas, but it’s also when a lot of locals buy their presents. Although I do wonder how that will work with a new system?
As for the hotel I would choose near FSH, but if you want B/K, you will probably have to visit all 3 boutiques anyway. Good luck!

Do we know if the system chooses people by phone number, passport number or a name? And how often is the system reset? If I applied twice in the middle of September and then try again at the beginning of October, will it be treated as a first or a third attempt?

I wondered the same thing but honestly it is hard to know unless we get an official from H.

If I had to guess I would say they choose by Passport number (which obviously has your name linked to it) because when I arrived for my appointment they only asked for my passport to look me up, not phone number or email. Phone number and email address are required most likely just for communication purposes.

Hi. The system is really really random. So it’s good if you are travelling with a bunch of people, try with all their passport and phone number. I tried twice, got it at the first try but not the second time. Good luck!

Lol! I doubt H SAs lie any more than H customers. In any case, it's a good idea to assume that everyone is doing the best they can. I always get better results that way no matter where I shop.

Why would a customer lie though? All they want is basically a B/K . But yes, I’ve had that thoughts because I was told so by the local SA. His words, not mine. Definitely I don’t wanna think negatively about the SAs. That’s good to hear! I guess can you share how to get better results in wherever you shop?

From my experience it’s just good to be natural and positive. Unfortunately it’s still a matter of getting right SA , I think that is what hugely important. Even in FSH there are some who are not very helpful, but if you in a right hands everything happens like Fairytale

Not sure-- I've only ever used Amex but its likely they take Visa like everywhere else.

They do take MasterCard and Visa. MasterCard is more widely accepted in Europe and my fiancé and I have used Visa and American Express for all of our H shopping! Good luck and I hope the best for you! Congratulations on graduating!

In August for Hubby and I’s 11 year wedding anniversary (and 20 years together) we took our first trip together to London and Paris (5 days in each city). I’ve always wanted to go to Paris so was a long awaited trip! Tried my luck with the online system and finally got lucky on my 3rd attempt for an appointment at the FSH store for approximately 5 pm on a Wednesday. (Also tried getting an appointment for hubby 4x with no luck). The day Of my appointment I checked in with hostess and was provided with a SA who stepped to the side and asked me a few direct questions about what I was looking for. I told her a B25 or B30 in gold hardware, either black or a pop of colour. And she asked if she didn’t have these, if I’d want anything else. I asked her for an 18cm Constance. She then asked my son, husband and I if we wanted to have anything to drink. She brought us some sparkling water and left. I had very little hope of getting anything I wanted because she didn’t take me upstairs or give me an opportunity to make any sort of small talk with her. She came back 20 minutes later with a couple of boxes and asked us to follow her to the back of the store. She opened up a box and pulled out a B25 Apricot with gold hardware. I couldn’t believe it! Needless to say it only took a minute for me to say yes! So here she is, my holy grail.
