And I should thank my mom who’s already old but still accompany me to go to 3 stores in a day, but no luck given at all.

At least I have heard good stories recently about H stores in my local country. Thinking, whether should I invest on my local country instead or not.

Sorry to hear you had such unhappy experiences in Paris. From reading all the stories, it seems the best outcomes in Paris are when you don’t have too many or too specific expectations. If you prefer to (somewhat) control the outcome, it seems Asia is a better bet as SAs are more upfront about what you need to do to achieve your goal. As you know, pre-bag spend will be higher (and the bags themselves pricier) but at least you know where you are heading. I previously bought while travelling but recently decided to develop a home-store relationship as you can wait for specific specs.

Lol! I doubt H SAs lie any more than H customers. In any case, it's a good idea to assume that everyone is doing the best they can. :smile: I always get better results that way no matter where I shop. :heart:

So sorry you had another unsuccessful trip. With Hermes I find majority of the time it is the luck of the draw if you do not have a (great) SA and timing does make a difference. August like most have reported has the lowest level of inventory and early September is not that much better.

If you plan to build up your bag collection in the future then I would recommend start purchasing from your home store and build up your profile there as the chance of securing a bag in your preferred specs would be much higher (or guaranteed). If you are able to travel to Paris often and the bags you are after are much more expensive in your country then it makes sense to keep trying to score bags in Paris though try to stay at least 4-5 days next time to increase your chance of getting an appointment and avoid August/Sept.

Hi,
I am finally in Paris now! I used both my and my husband’s passports to request appointments for tomorrow. I got a rejection 2 hours ago for my request but did not hear anything about my husband’s. I used the same phone number but different email addresses. I did not get any response on the email address either. Am I supposed to use different phone numbers? Thanks for your help!

This happened to me throughout my trip — and it was the case that the requests went through but I was declined appointments. You can try checking with the hostess desk in-person to confirm if there is any issue. Good luck.

I think you both need 2 different phone number to be able to apply
I have 2 passports and only 1 phone number and the 3 times I applied only got one text per day

I’m not sure about receiving two texts if you use the same number but you should still receive an email each if you used different email addresses because that was what happened to me and DH. We used the same number the first day and then after we got local sim cards we registered using different French numbers.

Hello! First time posting here after following this thread for a while. I'm going to Paris in December as a graduation gift from my parents and i'm wondering if December stocks are good because it's Christmas season and it's really been my dream to buy a B/K from FSH. I'll be there 13, &19-23. I've read about the online booking & how difficult it is to get an appointment. Please share any tips and if you know how much the bags currently are so i can save up!! I'm also currently torn between getting a hotel near george v and fsh. I'm so nervous about this trip after reading about the unlucky ones! :frown:

Hi!
Do we know if the system chooses people by phone number, passport number or a name? And how often is the system reset? If I applied twice in the middle of September and then try again at the beginning of October, will it be treated as a first or a third attempt? :confused1:
