I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

I will travel to Paris next week. And I would like to buy B25 Epsom or K28 Epsom Etain color. Anyone can help to tell me the higher possibility of getting one in Paris?

I always heard from friends that many SA refused most customers.

Any experience?

Thank you all!

This is good. You have just enough time to read through this entire thread and learn how to make an online appointment for the flagship store and how to queue for a turn at the other 2 stores in Paris. I cannot give you any further practical advice. :smartass:

Normally I’m from Paris but this year we moved Saudi Arabia about my husband’s work. Also actually Paris has 3 stores. Rue Sevres, George V and rue faubourg... i hope (cross fingers) I won’t be back here without bag :(

Yes that’s what I meant, there are 3 stores. You need online appointment for Faubourg store. Queue up for Sevres store and go in and wait for a free SA at George V. Bonne chance!

Wanted to share my experience at FSH. My first time to visit with the new appointment system in place.

Quick background about myself: I have absolutely no purchase history in any Hermes store. The only Hermes item I have is a belt kit, which a friend purchased for me a few years ago. However, I do like a lot of Hermes products, and my dream/holy grail bag has always been the K32 in Gold Togo. I also adore the Lindy.

Anyway, I was in Paris for 5 days last week and miraculously got an appointment on my second try. It was on a Wednesday, and the appointment was at 6:20 p.m. I honestly wasn't too optimistic considering my appointment was near closing time for the store. Nevertheless, I went there about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and an SA became available at around 6:00. I gave him a detailed list of what i wanted (specific as to color, hardware, size). The SA took a bit of time coming back and when he did he carried a box with him. However, since he did not ask me to go to a private room, I knew right away it could not be a Kelly. It turned out to be a Lindy 30 in the color Apricot. I honestly considered if I should take the bag, but my sensible self prevailed and realized the color was not for me so I passed (and moments later I saw the bag being offered to another person, and she promptly purchased it LOL).

I ended up asking him if he had a neutral color Evelyne available, and he had one in Etoupe, so I ended up getting that bag. I also purchased a Calvi for my business cards.

A little disappointed I did not get my dream Kelly bag, but it was a pleasant experience overall regardless.

Just wanted to share my FSH experience. We landed in Paris last Tuesday. After checking in our hotel. I have received a text stated "Thank you for your keen interest in Hermes. Unfortunately due to a large number of requests we are unable to consider your application further. Our hostesses remain at your entire disposal for any additional information." The following day we have decided to go to the store to buy a necklace. I met this lovely SA and showed me a few new accessories. I picked a necklace and then she asked me if there's anything else I'm looking for. I then share her my H wishlist. She said, wait here and let me see what I can find. After few minutes, she returned with two boxes. She showed me two sizes of Evelyne. They are both beautiful and Evelyne is one on my wishlist however I wasn't that thrilled when the first time I lay my eyes on it. So, after purchasing the necklace we left and she handed me her business card. In that same evening, I received another text and we didn't get an appointment. I email the lovely SA to thank her for helping me and then I shared with her that I didnt get an appointment. I also asked if the store has this emerald necklace that I was looking for. She email me back and said yes, she has the necklace. We set up a time to meet.
We arrived at FSH, took the necklace and she told me she found a B25 in Togo (Noir) in rose gold.
I can't believe it. I was so happy that I gave the SA a hug.
Here she is:
