I was one of those unlucky ones. This was back in September 2017 tho. Waited 20 mins for her as she went to the back and came out empty handed. I asked if I could come back or get another appointment and she told me to try the appointment system again and I didn’t have any luck with that.

I guess was the time of the year
The stock is low straight after the holiday my friend went through the same thing
She got the appointment on her first try was 11:30am but she had to wait for 1 hour for the SA yet didn’t score anything

I had the same experience earlier last month. Managed to get an appointment at my third try but no luck

I know it is hard enough to score an appointment but did any of your ladies who got the appointment but didn’t get the bag?

My husband earlier this year wasted a whole afternoon when his appointment time was moved by hours at a time. Only to be told by a very unfriendly, openly disinterested sales assistant before he even had a chance to open his mouth and ask: “no Kelly/Birkin/Constance”. Thought it was horrible. At least she could have pretended to look and offered him to return the following day. That’s what sets a great shopping experience from a mediocre one.

Only to be told by a very unfriendly, openly disinterested sales assistant before he even had a chance to open his mouth and ask: “no Kelly/Birkin/Constance”. Thought it was horrible. At least she could have pretended to look and offered him to return the following day. That’s what sets a great shopping experience from a mediocre one.

Lol i had an equally bad experience. My SA had a deadpan look and wasnt interested in asking me for details on what I was looking for. DH was completely put off despite having lived in Paris for over 10 years previously and has now gone back to his source to get my next bag *yikes *

Hello, everyone!
I've placed an SO at the FSH store in Feb, 2018 and was wondering if there was a specific email for the a la carte division I can write to in order to get more information (progress of the bag, ETA, etc). Or should I just write to my SA? I normally wait patiently for SOs that I place with my home store (and try not to bother SAs), but for FSH I need to plan and arrange my travels to get the bag, so I would rly appreciate some idea of a time frame! I will attach pics of my order details, so we can all lust at the bag while we wait. It is truly a HG for me and so grateful that my Paris SA could work this out for me. TIA!

Would you mind sharing how could you place your SO your combination is very great .is it only for VIP?

Thanks for your reply. I guess i will just have to wait! I am by no means a "VIP" by PF standards but have maintained a good relationship with my Paris SA, with whom I've met by lining up and asking for my wishlist 2 years ago like everyone else. After our first meeting was successful (she sold me a beautiful C), she gave me her email and told me to contact her whenever I come back to Paris. So each time I go back, I would contact her and buy some items that I've wanted (which may or may not include bags). This time I was really looking for a Kelly Depeche (which is only available by SO), and when I shared to my SA that I want a KD, she offered me a SO on the spot! Like with any other Hermes store, I think trying to establishing a long term relationship in FSH is important. I've hoped I answered your question.

Hello everyone!

My first time to post here, just a short report on my Paris trip that I failed to secure any appointment at FSH for 3 times..

it was my 2nd last day in Paris yesterday, and I had failed the 2nd time to get an appointment. So I decided to walk in FSH to try my luck as I was after Halzan / Picotin, not BKC. However, I was told appointment is needed for ALL handbags.

Knowing my 3rd attempt with FSH appointment is not successful, and because today is my last day in Paris, I am so determined to go Serve!

There was a small line there when I arrived around 10:35am and I’ve to wait to meet a sales associate. Overall the shopping environment is so much different in Serves!

The sales associate took my wish list and was away for 15minutes and returned with my first priority on my wish list! A Halzan 31 in etoupe clemence leather!

Everyone, never give up! I hope everyone of you to get a dream bag in Paris.

Hermes has done an amazing job to make a handbag more than a handbag to me!

Same situation sa gave me her business card amd tell me to contact her next time but after i e mail her the answer was cold like just
go for online appointment.
But it worth a try

Maybe the key is to keep making appointments and letting her know until the point that you can ask directly if you may just pop in next time lol

Hi there, my sister and I were in Paris april 2018 on our yearly Europe girls trip. She placed an SO March 2017 and it was ready by Nov 2017. Our SA held onto the SO for us till last month. We patronize George V and not FSH so I’m not sure how long they can hold the bag for you. But if it works like George V, my sister was in no way under any pressure to pick up the bag asap or given a time frame.

Definitely a luck. My sis always get the “cold” SA hence out of 4 visits only got offered once last year. I somehow bond better with my SAs

Just email the SA before your next trip and see if she responds. If she does you probably wont need an appointment. If she doesn't respond, you can also try to walk in with her card and ask if she is available, but not sure if that will help at FSH.
