Came in @ 8am, 12 people ahead of me. But the closer the opening is the line is becoming longer and longer saving spot from their behalf or family ...

Got an appointment for 2:15 .. DH doesn't feel good just staying at the hotel at the moment .

I think it is unfair that "family & friends" get to jump the line instead of waiting like everyone else. I hope customers express this to FSH. In Japan, the staff distributes numbered tickets to those in line and you are served in that order so even if others jump in line, they have to do so before the staff starts distributing the tickets (but of course this will never happen in Japan).

I think a "ticket" System would also be more fair. The last time I've been there (didn't queue) i saw so many People doing this.. sooo rude.

This is a peculiar predicament- I've never heard of this happening before. I think that the SA remembered you from December because it was so recent. The SA mentioned that you didn't wear your B that you just bought.
My opinion is that she probably thought you were a reseller? For me, I bought my B at FSH in February. I went back in July and brought my B with me- I was so in love with my first fsh score that I wanted my B to take back to her home store (haha). I know the SA at fsh are more wary because many of the people visiting go with the intention of reselling.

I think you could be right. I think it helps to bring the bag that you bought back with you the next time you visit. It shows them that you didn't sell it. In my case my SA noticed me carrying the bag through fsh to look at other things on my next trip and smiled and said hello. This is how I established my relationship.

I hate queue jumpers with a passion. I tell you I won't be surprised if some of these people pay others to hold a spot for them or are perhaps work together for a reseller syndicate. Drives me mad! :annoyed:

I don't wish to cause any offence to ladies who own a collection of bags but I genuinely feel that they should be less strict with 1st time buyers as they are less likely to be resellers. You are less likely to sell the only one you have bought unless you really don't care for H.

I think what H needs to look out for are those who are buying GPs and other bags in multiples. They are likely to be either collectors but most likely resellers.

Same here. Also as a NYer I tried the whole"hey the line starts back THERE" but it doesn't work and the line jumpers/cutters look at me like I'm the idiot. Anyways, good luck to all today!

My SA from my last two trips said I can ask for her the next time I go. I didn't get her email or last name but she definitely remembered me even though my trips were several months apart. Is there anyway I would be able to book an appointment with her prior to my trip or is it only the morning of?
