Yess it is >.< I will probably go back next time and check if your purchase history record is a clean slate now as i can't think of a possible reason why a different SA would know about your past birkin purchase with ur bf info. Let's hope they dont have a issue of data (purchase history) duplication in the system =)

Yes , it's 3 charms per year . But apparently it seems that in France , at least in FSH, they could see also your online purchases. I will confirm with my sa again the next time I am there to exchange my bag .
