So I found myself taking a last minute trip to Paris! On the advice of another forum member i went to George V. I met a wonderful SA and had a great time shopping. She had an uncanny way of selecting items that were on my list without knowing it. Eventually the conversation turned to bags and I mentioned that I was hopeful for a Gold B but I knew how difficult they were to get. She agreed but said she would go check. She was gone for awhile and returned and said, I might have something, please go upstairs and wait. Eventually she returned and said, go into this private room, I cant show you out here. She had a gold B! I was so happy. It's going to be perfect for my personal style and also lifestyle. I feel fortunate to have H magic as well as making some new friends. I love Paris!!!!

Dear H lovers,
Sorry for a bit out of topic but i need your help.
This April, i was served by a male SA and got offer a Birkin. Then i got his name card. Now i will come back FSH in Jan and would love to visit H Museum. I sent my email to the general email in the name card but got no reply.
As i do not have any connection with my local store, please kindly direct me the way to connect and get permission to visit H Museum. I really appreciate your help.
Thank you and may all the H fairy dust bless on you.

My SA in Paris said they don't usually interact with customers through email. What I do is I call the store and ask for the SA. But sometimes they'll just say they'll meet with you when you come in and you can discuss then

Hi agumila,
Thank you for your response. Option 1: I definitely will call the store. Option 2, I will try it when option 1 does not work.
Thank you so much.

IMHO, if everyone got a reply who email Hermes there will be chaos. I think they are instructed to ignore (email) requests they cannot fulfill. This is to avoid backlash BUT never say never. Someone might get back to you. Wait a few days they must receive hundreds per day!

Now back to topic ❤️

Sorry for posting too much coz our hotel is just right here and keep on passing by the store [emoji51]

I just passed by it too, again, since i'm staying at the Buddha Bar Hotel. I think all the bags were saved for this event....

Hey, Fellow TPFers!

I am going to FSH for the 2nd time in my life next week (my first visit was before the new system) and had some questions prior to going!

1. I know there is a side door and a main door, which is the best one to wait in front of??

2. What time should I go if I want to be first in line? 8am? 7:30am? I will be super jet lagged anyways, so will be able to wake up early!

3. My HG is a B 25,30 Croc but I know those are really hard to get as a non regular, so I will be looking for a B or K in a smaller size in a natural or dark color. Some say that George V would be a better choice for one to get croc since I am open to extra purchases. Do any of you have any advice on the George V store? I did actually score my last B from this store as a walk in by doing some extra purchases.

4. My cards always fail me when doing large overseas transactions (lol), so I will be bringing 7k euros in cash (not really plan on buying a croc, expecting about 12-15k in total purchase worth B) and plan to do the rest on my card. But then some say that H is hesitant to take cash. Is there any truth to this rumor??

Thanks and happy searching and stay warm!
