I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

Update... No bag delivery today, maybe because we were served so early (at 10:50 am). Interesting that they let some people in from side door and then some from front door, alternating between doors, so even though we were early, we were still 20 in the final line... Also, some people cut in line and some reserve spots for their friends... I still got my soft cashmere scarf in cobalt blue (already have one in gray and love it so much)... And no appointment left when we were leaving around 11:10.

We also went to Serves, no bag either.

Good luck for those hunting!.

I'm counting my stars since I already got a birkin and a constance at my home store within 9 months apart . But the thrill of the chase is on!

Hi tramcaro, I think you're the one behind me this morning... nice to see you and your husband ...

As someone of you remember I was in FSH 3 weeks ago and got nothing, last week I got a call from my SA in Germany and I had immediately fly to my new bag. While I was in Germany my friend called me and told me this story:
So, she is not a fan of Hermes, but she know everything about Hermes "world" as I am telling her. She has a new boyfriend, I'd said sugar daddy actually)) She told him everything about Hermes too, he is became interested in, and on last week he came to Paris alone for some business.
Last Monday, he came to FSH at morning, got a male SA, asked for B/K for his
daughter and immediately got a 28 K Blue peacock GHW! Next day he came at morning too, got another SA and she didn't sell to him anything. Then he went downstairs and met SA from yesterday! He told to SA that now he want to buy a bag for his wife (lol). SA went to check, then came back and said that a girl SA which declined him earlier at morning told to this SA "don't sell to this men anything because I saw that he was chatting with some asians in line" and she thinks that he is guide reseller!!! But this male SA still brought box with B 30 Noir GHW! So 2 days, one men, no other purchase = 2 bags.
And the most interesting part, he don't need this bags, he has no wife, and my friend who is with him doesn't need this bags too. He just was curious about this weird "fashion world". And they decided to sell this bags with a huge price because they now how it's hard to find.

2 bags in 2 day is not unheard of...it was the SAs prerogative to sell or not to sell to this person...

You might be quite early!
Come back later

1) He is 45 years old wealthy businessmen, my friend's boyfriend. He is not a reseller, it was his first time in Hermes in life.
2) Because i quoted a SA, who told exactly like this.

1) regardless of the individual's gender, profession and marital status, buying a bag without intention to use and then selling it shortly after for profit... sounds like reselling to me

Thank you for for the report, @tramcaro. I'm glad you found a beautiful cashmere scarf! Very sorry to hear about folks cutting in line. Very unfair for those who have been waiting in the cold for so long. Ugh! I think a number system for the line would work better to prevent folks from cutting.

No appointment left in the afternoon... but I found this awesome coat and it's the only one left in my size! Meant to be

Very cute! Congratulations, again!

So I found myself taking a last minute trip to Paris! On the advice of another forum member i went to George V. I met a wonderful SA and had a great time shopping. She had an uncanny way of selecting items that were on my list without knowing it. Eventually the conversation turned to bags and I mentioned that I was hopeful for a Gold B but I knew how difficult they were to get. She agreed but said she would go check. She was gone for awhile and returned and said, I might have something, please go upstairs and wait. Eventually she returned and said, go into this private room, I cant show you out here. She had a gold B! I was so happy. It's going to be perfect for my personal style and also lifestyle. I feel fortunate to have H magic as well as making some new friends. I love Paris!!!!

I am responding to (now deleted) posts regarding, yet again, the race/ethnicity of people shopping at Hermes and their supposed intentions. And yet again, comments like these will be deleted as they have no place whatsoever in these discussions. If this is at all unclear, feel free to message me before posting. Thank you.
