Hello Everyone,
I am in Paris now and would like to say that I was at Hermes 3 times and found it to be the most stressful and humiliating system I have ever experienced.
Not only did I not get what I requested but also felt as if they were patronizing me.My DH felt the same way.Horrible service from such a "high end product". Extremely disappointed.

I am very sorry to hear this. The experience at that store can be so different.

I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience. Shopping at fsh for a bag is let's say a unique experience. I can certainly see why some choose to spend the time in Paris elsewhere. Hope the rest if your trip was wonderful. I think it's helpful to hear all views, especially for those planning a trip to Paris just to try to buy a bag.

I complete know how you feel. I agree with others that people's experience could be different. And unfortunately I was there 5 times on 4 different days and even after purchasing over 3k other items, I didn't feel the service that I had at Chanel or LV. When our SA went away to check the system, my husband went a couple of stairs up to wait because the floor was packed with people. He said the security waved at him with fingers rudely to ask him not to stay on the stairs. My husband said he's never been so humiliated like that in his life. I am still very sorry to date that I had put him into that kind of situation just for a bag. I am grateful that he loves me this much to manage to get me my first B35 elsewhere after what's happened. Paris is still our favorite city, which we've visited every year in the past 3 years. It's full of great memories except the ones at FSH. However, I doubt I would ever want to torture my husband by stepping into FSH again.

Apologies for bad lighting but here SHE IS!
New addition to my wardrobe. ❤️

Please be patient with FSH. They get 3,000 visitors EVERYDAY in that store alone (I am told). As you can imagine the majority of those would probably ask for a Birkin or a Kelly and they can only accommodate so much that they have to say NO to some of their clients. To a degree, it is frustrating and irritating that they don't want our business BUT it is true (often than not) thay they don't have any bags to sell. They are a business after all. IMO, a bad customer experience is a bad publicity for the Group so they will try to please their clients one way or the other.

Sending good vibes to everyone and a Happy weekend ❤️❤️❤️

I was there the exactly same 3 days as you and I did get what I want exactly but not from the new appt waited in line system....I found the system extremely stressfull you waited for 3 hours outside just to get a appt then get a No and sa are not sincere if they didn't ask for your passport to check for the bag as now the new systems they can see exactly what you buy from their phone even detail to color size and qty....And also they don't need to check the back when they say they go check for the bag they check their phone first then go grab it that's it

I agree with you about checking the back lol I am pretty sure they know what they have.
But regarding passport: I have not been asked to give the SA passport, and still got B30 in grey. I just told her that I bought shoes earlier that day.
