Hermès in Italy

Looking for some help with Italy Hermes shopping as well. I'd love to score an Evelyn 29. I have a decent shopping history though I'm likely not anywhere near QB territory. Is there a realistic chance of finding one? I'll be in Rome and Florence - then also Monte Carlo, Nice, and Barcelona - just in case those might have options. Otherwise, I'll be in Milan in December and could try there - but holiday shopping might delete stock...

Should I plan on needing to buy something before even asking about a bag like the Evenyln?
I would just go in and ask for what you want. An Evelyne is a common bag, not a QB and I bet you can get one at any of those stores, if one's available. I got my first Evelyne in Sidney, Australia a year ago and my second in Paris last December. In both instances, I just asked for them.

Thanks so much for this! I’m going for success since it’s not a QB, but reading others stories about “locals only” had me worried. The Evelyne 29 is my grail bag and will likely close out my bag collection. The Picotin 22 is second choice. 🙏

Hey everyone! I’m headed to Venice! I would love a bag - obviously a birkin or Kelly but also would be interested in a TPM, mini Lindy, in the Loop, etc as well as possibly a ring or bracelet. Any ideas on my chances? Or any advice at this store?

Hello  Has anyone had luck getting a QB in Capri or Naples recently? Also, could you please share your experience if you’ve been to either of these stores in the last 6mo? I’m planning to shop regardless of bag offers, so wondering how the stock is/ general vibe of the store, etc. Don’t want to be too stressed on my trip haha Thanks so much!

Quick question to ya'll who shop at Hermes boutiques in resort locations like Capri / Porto Cervo / Venice.

I live in Malaga, Spain, my default store is the one in Marbella. They never do any special events (or at least I’m not invited), most of the time they run out of perfume samples, definitely no freebies and I'm wondering is it just us or is it something similar in other ‘resort' boutiques? I used to shop in another EU-locates Hermes store and it was really different. So I'm trying to understand a) is it me? b) is it a store? or b) in general in resort locations they have a different approach to customers.

can anyone provide some insight on jewellery stock at the Florence and Milan stores? Or Malpensa airport store? Will probably be able to visit one. Also, if l would like to purchase a popular non quota bag will l have better chance at the florence or milan store ( with some prespending)?

Milan is quite ok to score a bag, just make sure you have enough time to wait. As for jewellery, they have (at least they had in January) lots of items in stock.

Last summer we had a long vacation in Italy. There were no products in the Naples and Capri stores, to be honest. In Rome, I became the owner of a Vert Jade Oran. The lady there was incredibly sweet. (She was an Italian lady). She gave me an appointment for the next day and directed me to another lady from the leather department. Unfortunately, the next day didn't end well with that lady.

My observation is that the first two teams who entered the store at the morning opening left with bags.

Has anyone ordered a personalized calvi online for in-store pick up? Website says it'll take about 8 weeks but I leave for Florence/Rome in 4 weeks. I read on the Paris thread that it only took 2 weeks for someone else. Wondering if Italy will be just as quick

I ordered mine for Paris pickup almost 3 weeks ago but still have not heard a sign of it.
