Visited in Florence recently and had a disappointing experience. Waited an hour to be assigned an SA and when she arrived she was rushed and seemingly annoyed at having to help us. We left without buying anything even though there were a few items we wanted to get as souvenirs. There were many customers (tourists) there giving the SAs a VERY hard time about the wait, so I do feel for them. But I wouldn’t recommend visiting if you’re a tourist. Saw 1 bag offer to a local client, b25 in a light blue color

Im traveling to Milan , Florence, and Rome in January. Do I need an appointment to get in?? If so, how?? Do they accept walk-ins? I just want a non-quota bag and hoping to score one. Thanks!

Milan, Florence, and Rome takes walk in clients but there was a long line when I visited in July 2022. So long that I didnt even go in after waiting for 30 minutes in the heat.

Best store for a non-quota bag ( and even QB!) for a walk in tourist is Capri...and sometimes Naples. Naples has the Display only sign for Picotin 18, Evelyne TPM, and Garden Parties but other bags are available to purchase - such as men's leather bags and Evelyne 29.

Capri may be closed in January but I am not sure. I do know it is a seasonal store. I think they close from November to March?

Tourists are able to buy QB in Capri with some purchase and the mood of the salesperson.

Your mileage may vary- especially in January. There may be more stock right after the Christmas rush and the yearly price increase. Best of luck!

Do you know how to set up an appointment?

Capri will reopen May 2023 until October 2023

You don't need an appointment for any of those boutiques unless you already have an established relationship with an SA.
If there's a line, you just have to queue.
Anyone know if a Constance is a QB in Italy?
It's not officially, but depending on the SA you get, you may receive a different answer on this matter :-s

Hi everyone! Has anyone been to the Hermès in Sardinia (Porto Cervo)? How is the inventory like? Beach towns like St Barth and Capri have always been lucky for me for bags

Curious about Sardinia…

Thank you

Going on a trip to Italy soon! Any recent success stories from tourists visiting Naples or Capri with a B/K/C or one of the mini bags? Also visiting other Italian cities and posting on those respective forums. Thank you!
