Any Kelly there?
Been there a week ago - as everywhere in Italy - they keep the stock for locals only, I guess a walk-in tourist has zero chances to buy either B or K( My DH speaks Italian perfectly and basically resembles of an Italian and even this did not help)))
In terms of inventory - they had Jypsiere, Berline and Medor clutch
Hope this helps!

Thanks!!! It helps!!! I will not spend time in Italy then.

Hello!

Is it easy to purchase the Evelyn in the Florence or Rome store in Italy? Do we know the price?
Does anyone have an sa they can share?

Thanks :)

Also, is it worth the vat refund to purchase there?

I couldn’t find a post about Florence and since it’s just 1:30 hrs away from Rome if you take the fastest train, I figured I’d share my experience there.
We entered the store looking for a bag to travel with that could fit a Birkin 30, then a men’s belts and some jewelry. In the end bought a Caleche-Express weekend bag and a belt kit. I don’t remember how I asked about Ks & Bs and was told they would try to get me one, come back on Monday (it was Saturday). Went back on Monday and they had a Birkin 30 in Raisin Togo with PHW. I don’t know if it was the lighting in the fitting room or it was me, I tried my best to like it, but sadly this bag did nothing for me. We thanked the SA and left.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

I visited the Florence store in May and the SA's were very friendly. I was looking for a pair of sandals that were sold out by April. When I asked the SA, she said she thinks they're sold out, but she'd check the back room. Surprisingly, they had one pair left. I also asked if they had any B30/K28 and she was very honest that they were all reserved. Instead, the she kindly allowed me to try on their displayed B35 and K28 for reference. I'd definitely visit this store again when I'm in town.

Florence was walk-in with zero to short wait (went a couple of times last month); however stock was next to nothing. certainly no bags, but even shoes, belts and other accessories were limited in sizes and colors.
Hi, I am back from traveling. Visiting the boutique in Firenze was really bad: during the short time I waited to be served I could already look at the displayed scarves (several I wanted to check out), then a nice SA approached me, we instantly had good chemistry, she let me rummage through the scarf drawers and try the ones I was interested in, she was great help when I was undecided about which CW suited me better. She knew the merch really well, knew about artists and designs of past seasons. I got three silks, she gave me her card and told me to ask for her again at my next visit.
So, what was so bad about this experience? She was my favorite SA I ever met, but it takes me 10 to 12 hours to get there :crybaby:
Visited in Florence recently and had a disappointing experience. Waited an hour to be assigned an SA and when she arrived she was rushed and seemingly annoyed at having to help us. We left without buying anything even though there were a few items we wanted to get as souvenirs. There were many customers (tourists) there giving the SAs a VERY hard time about the wait, so I do feel for them. But I wouldn’t recommend visiting if you’re a tourist. Saw 1 bag offer to a local client, b25 in a light blue color
Quoting all your recent experiences from Florence this year into this thread. (to keep it updated and easier to search all in one thread!)

I went in to the Florence boutique a couple of days ago too. There was no line no wait but they had NOTHING! They told me no bags no shoes no nothing. No Oran, Oasis, Chypre sandals or Bouncing sneakers. Took some pics of the displayed bags before I left.

The Florence boutique (like many others in Italy) has been severely suffering from stock shortage. It's been like this for months I've been told from relatives who live and consequently shop there...hope this gets better soon!

I’m in Florence now and this is the queue I saw outside of Hermes yesterday!

There are a few negative reviews on Google map (1 hour+ queuing outside and another hour to wait for the dept specialist in store, and they close at lunch time for an hour) so I guess I wouldn’t be bothered queuing in Florence.

Hi all,

I’ll be in Florence and Rome next week, any recent experience? Do you known how to set up an appointment? Thank you!
