Thanks for the tips! Any idea if that prespend ratio also applies to non-QBs? Will just have to give it a shot! For Capri you have to spend a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 depending on what bag you're after (speaking in terms of B/K/C).
Naples sells to locals only, used to be different in the past.
Was just there. They had lots of jewelry, furniture and some non QB bags for sale. I didn’t ask about QB bags but looks like a promising store. It got pretty crowded at 9pm but was empty when I first stopped in at 6pm, so best to go before dinnerHi everyone! Has anyone been to the Hermès in Sardinia (Porto Cervo)? How is the inventory like? Beach towns like St Barth and Capri have always been lucky for me for bags
Curious about Sardinia…
Thank you
I was just in Naples and they told us there were no bags left. It’s a small store and didn’t have much/the sales associates were not super friendly but we went late in the day. We had better luck in Milan. The store is much larger and they were friendly. We bought a few small items and then were able to buy a non quota bag and were offered a few different non Quota bags. I did see them telling several people there were no bags left. My DH went back and asked about a K/B/C but was told there was a waitlist.Going on a trip to Italy soon! Any recent success stories from tourists visiting Naples or Capri with a B/K/C or one of the mini bags? Also visiting other Italian cities and posting on those respective forums. Thank you!
If you scroll just one page back you see post #82 with some info to your question.Hi! So sorry if this was already answered but I’m going to Capri and Rome end of Aug and would love to stop by both stores. Do I need an appt in either?
1. Florence: beautiful store, decent size if you vibe with the right SA even QB with the approval of the manager (for bigger bags) happen with some pre-spend of course. Stock wise its been emptied by the ongoing tourists, don't know what the situation will be in October but its definitely worth a try if there's no queue outside.I’m going to Florence, Rome, and Naples (in that order) in October. I have no intention of even asking for a QB. I just want a blue Calvi, possibly some other SLGs, and possibly a belt. Which store would I have the most luck in? I assume Rome would have the most stock, but I also figure most people would shop there so it would be depleted faster. But I don’t know. Also I heard Naples has a lot of crime. Is it even worth it to go the Hermes store there?
