Would You/Do You Wear Your Engagement Ring Everyday

My ring is set so high, my husband gave me a 8ct
eternity band. I weat it every day.

He has not asked me abouth my engagment ring since.:blink:

I have it locked away.

I wear them absolutely every day. I never take them off (my engagement & wedding rings) - and my wedding ring is an eternity band. I also get them cleaned ALL the time. The jewelry store where DH bought them cleans them for free any time I like, and the store is on my way home from work!!!

Before my son, I wore my rings every day and cleaned them daily.
Now I seem to run around so much and life is so hectic, that I often just FORGET to put them on.

i wore my engagment ring every day up until a couple months ago. it's emerald cut and the corners started scratching me recently. i can't figure out what is different. one night i came home from work and found this four inch scratch on my cheek that drew a little blood and that was that. no more engagment ring. too bad because it's so pretty and it makes hubby really sad that i don't wear it. :\

i'm thinking about resetting it into an east west modified bezel design. we'll see.

I wear my ring everyday. The only time I take it off is when I'm cleaning, cooking, in the shower or sleeping.

I am not married or engaged but was just reading the thread. I don't mean to hijack this thread with another question but was wondering whether your husbands wear a ring. My dad never did when he was alive and my brother doesn't either. Both are (were) happily married.

I am still waiting for my ring (it's being made) and even though it is not the most practical ring in the whole world,I fully intend to wear it every day. It's a modenr design with a double band (one above and narrower than the other) and I don't intend egtting a separate wedding band.

I cannot wear it at at work...I work in a neonatal ICU which has to be sterile,and jewellery isn't.But I'll wear it on a chain by day.

I'm SOOOO impatient to get it!!!

I wear my engagement and wedding ring every day, and only take them off to clean them in my ultrasonic cleaner.
