I've been lurking in the jewelry thread lately (on my own search for the perfect stone) but had to comment.

Oh thank you! The centre stone is such amazing quality that alone, it was great, but somehow with the halo.......it's become my tiny treasure!

I'm fine. Was at the Dentist the other day and thought of you! He froze me up to the point I couldn't feel my ear!- and I was only getting a tiny stress fracture repaired (I grind like a fiend at night!- bite-guard coming next week!) Thankfully, 4 hours later, I became normal again. Do you think I'm a little sensitive to the freezing?? LOL :D

Specs:centre stone is an RB approx 1.25 carats, VS1 G Haven't gotten the new certificate with the halo stones, but the total is somewhere over 2 carats

PLEASE tell me what stone you're on the hunt for??

DH loves it. My son.......HATED it last night. But today, he's drawing halos!!! I think he loves it too!

Did someone mention Paul Coelho?? I LOVE magical realism - one of my favorite genres of literature!!

He invited me to play dolls today and gave me the Barbie wearing the halo ring LOL

Coehlo is amazing. Equally so (if not more) is Khalil Gibran's "The Prophet" gives me chills just writing it down

Thank you Contessa for posting the before shot for me. It really puts in into perspective! I can't believe it (and whoops's) are only 1.25 ct. NOT that 1.25 is small..it's actually very large in it's own right, but they look SOOOO much larger. Even before the reset it looked huge!

LOL....and like DH said earlier this evening, the halo really enhances it. But he said, you wouldn't put a halo on a $100 special diamond, would you?! LOL

Don't worry it comes and goes! Haha when I see beautiful Tiffany solitaires like yours I like. How simple and clean.... Maybe I'm too fussy. Haha we can't ever win!
