I used nail polish. I found an Essie shade that matched mine, used just a tiny bit on the end of the brush and dabbed it in the chips. Did a great job. If you do it nice and thin, let it dry between, you can make it thicker to fill the chip completely in. You could also use a very thin artist’s brush for better control. A single coat will have a bit of sheerness, which may help the color blend better. Do a little at a time and stop when it is good. Shoot for “perfection” and that’s when you get into trouble.
This color blended perfectly with my bag, but it may not with yours since sun exposure can change the color (mine is a little olive toned.) Take the bag with you to a place that has a huge polish selection, like Ulta or Sephora, to find a match if this one isn’t quite right for your bag. I got this one at Target.
