British Tan slim satchel with glued-in serial number $70 + $8.50 shipping. Looks to be in near pristine condition.

Shocked this hasn't sold yet. If I didn't already have a British Tan Madison satchel made in NYC (no glued-in serial number, tho) ... AND if I had plenty of $$$ ... I'd be on this like white on rice. Pristine bag, NYC, glued-in serial number, British Tan -- what's not to love about this bag???? Plus it's a great price!

Come on, surely SOMEONE out there would like to have this?

No, it's not mine. I'm just genuinely stunned no one's bought it.

I have been looking at this but the thought of wearing it as an actual bracelet seems so wacky it makes me chuckle. Of course, I would get it and then not be able to figure out how to use it or what to plug it into. I do consider myself as computer savy as anyone born in the WW2 era can be. Might still get one, someone here should be able to find something to plug into! :)

I think she is selling it on a bracelet in order to avoid getting her listing removed for copyright violation. It is legal to sell the actual paper catalogs but not a reproduction. I can't imagine it would be much help when you were out shopping unless you lugged around a laptop to plug it into.

Thought I'd share my Vintage Classic Hobo in Putty with you guys. I just love this bag and this one is so much softer than my other 2. (Yes, I have 3 of these. They are a perfect size for me)

Not sure if I've said or done something to make y'all mad. If I did, I'm sorry. Just getting this weird vibe that I'm being a bit ignored and I'm not sure why.:confused1: It may just be wrong perception on my part, but if I did say or do something that upset y''all, please let me know so it won't happen again.

Perhaps y'all are thinking it's strange I'm posting about stressing over money problems & regret about buying the Sonoma, then turning around and posting listings of bags. Since I've been sick with this bronchitis/possible early pneumonia, I haven't felt like doing much other than sleep or stay on the couch with my laptop. Soooo ... yeah, I'm scouring eBay basically to kill time and posting any good finds I come across to help others out there who may be looking for a good deal. I'm happy with what I have. BTW, the money problem has been taken care of, so that's a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Aside from my illness, everything's all good.

Anyway, if it's that, something else or not anything at all, please let me know. I hate thinking I may have upset someone and not have any idea :flowers:

I don't think you've upset anyone. This thread isn't as active as it used to be. I love it when others post finds, except when it is something I'm planning on bidding on and I want to keep it a secret!

Look at how cheap this went for!

It's not you. I think with the better weather in North America, a lot of people are doing outside things like gardening, their kids have sports, etc. I for one am starting the "call old clients/ get new clients" hustle, networking, getting horses fit for the busy season, etc. Keep posting interesting finds. I like looking at them in quick flashes of down time, even if I don't have time to respond. :smile1:

Argh! No! I am a newbie and kind of quiet but I appreciate your posts so keep 'em coming. Feel better soon!

ImageUploadedByPurseForum1432124958.204374.jpg I have been reading all your posts and thought I would do my part to keep the thread alive. I bought this lovely oldie but goodie at a garage sale last weekend. She had coach advertised and I expected tattered sig bags, maybe even fakes, but she had a lovely, well kept, collection. I love this bag! About $35 ( wanted $55) after bundling it with some other nice things. Needed several feelings of Blackrock to bring out the final shine, but in top notch condition to begin with. She had some newer styles at around $100, but those were handbags. I am a slingback only person. She had a gorgeous colored emerald BMakowsky in new condition she threw in for $10. I just had to take that bag home no matter WHO made it ( as long as it's leather and a slingback.)
