I wouldn't sell there. they price the items so you have no control. and I had a friend whose item was rejected for condition. the bag was fine. no noticeable wear on it.
Agreed, very unpredictable, and also really hard to communicate in a timely fashion! There is another interesting thread about them here.
I did on Wednesday and it was fine. It was only my second time purchasing from them-used my amex and item shipped the next day. Received the following day and I’m very happy with the purchase. Got a great deal!

I’m just wondering if my account is blocked.
I ordered something a couple months ago- they shipped to a VERY old address on my account that had reverted to default somehow. Didn’t make any sense because my previous 3 orders shipped just fine.
Tried to argue with them that their system swapped my addresses and do a chargeback but they were zero help.
Maybe I’ll try placing this order under my husbands email.
Good luck! I think it’s possible. Their CS is terrible from what I’ve read here. For a while, TRR was sending packages that belonged to the previous family that used to live in our house, after they have moved out for some time. It happened 2-3 times and I would think the address was updated after the first occurrence.
This is exactly what happened to me! I moved THREE years ago and they sent the last package to my old address, despite the previous orders coming to my current one. Of course I had updated everything right after I moved. They flatly denied it, CS was awful, saying the address was changed on my end. Made zero sense. I was out only $90, but still….
It would be so ridiculous if they are blocking you now for the bad experience they gave you the last time. It’s like a double whammy.

Try the DH email, if you still have an issue try a different device, maybe it's just something with your device..

The number of fake Marc Jacobs bags lately have been disgusting and every time, I take a screenshot and call them out questioning their "authenticity experts". Most of the time it results with them pulling the listing but there have been a few times I see the item reappear again.
I'll never sell with them again. I had a good experience a few years ago but it went downhill right before the pandemic started. I still buy from them and have gotten some really good deals -- items they clearly have no idea about, grading their condition really low & pricing them accordingly and then arrive the items look brand new (some of come with the tags still attached inside!). The best was a vintage Balenciaga leather jacket they called "faded and well worn" that appeared to be brand new and never worn!
Just make sure you know your designer before buying. I've gotten my share of fake items that I couldn't tell until they arrived. Thankfully, they accepted the return, but one of them -- a fake Marc Jacobs sweater -- they kept listing and relisting despite my returning it with documented proof why it was fake.
