I purchased a few items in the last year with no problems at all. It’s when you’re selling that it can get tricky. Again, I didn’t have any problems selling even as long as six months ago, but lately it has been a nightmare. The cracks are showing…I bought two bags from them a few months ago and they were fine

Agreed, very unpredictable, and also really hard to communicate in a timely fashion! Anyone purchase anything recently? Tried to make a purchase today (nothing huge) and every single method of payment I attempted wouldn’t work. Could not make purchase go through on laptop either. No $$ from me now. Oh well.

I’m just wondering if my account is blocked.I did on Wednesday and it was fine. It was only my second time purchasing from them-used my amex and item shipped the next day. Received the following day and I’m very happy with the purchase. Got a great deal!
Good luck! I think it’s possible. Their CS is terrible from what I’ve read here. For a while, TRR was sending packages that belonged to the previous family that used to live in our house, after they have moved out for some time. It happened 2-3 times and I would think the address was updated after the first occurrence.I’m just wondering if my account is blocked.
I ordered something a couple months ago- they shipped to a VERY old address on my account that had reverted to default somehow. Didn’t make any sense because my previous 3 orders shipped just fine.
Tried to argue with them that their system swapped my addresses and do a chargeback but they were zero help.
Maybe I’ll try placing this order under my husbands email.
This is exactly what happened to me! I moved THREE years ago and they sent the last package to my old address, despite the previous orders coming to my current one. Of course I had updated everything right after I moved. They flatly denied it, CS was awful, saying the address was changed on my end. Made zero sense. I was out only $90, but still….Good luck!
