Open a case with TRR Support. They will review, and if they agree, will change to "excellent" or maybe "pristine".

I sold a designer bag that was valued at excellent. TRR listed item as "very good". I asked them to reconsider to "excellent". Once marked in excellent condition, it sold 10 days later.
Already did. They stood by it. I could see a cast for excellent but not very good for an unworn pair of shoes.

I have the opposite problem. I consigned a pair of brand new (NEVER worn) Chanel sandals and they are calling them 'very good' condition.
The same thing happened to me with a never worn Chanel sweater jacket. It was a typical loose nubby Chanel knit. First, they labeled it “faux fur”…..not even close, no way it remotely looked like faux fur. They did change it bc I caught it in the draft listing before it went live. Then they listed it as “shows wear” which was false since it was never worn. They refused to change it, only bc the listing was live and it was apparently too late.

They literally have no idea what they are looking at, it’s incredibly dumb. Worse yet, they fail to research what they are selling which is a special kind of LAZY dumb! They are horrendous.

I left horrible feedback and never heard anything. At one point I had three different sales people calling me and texting me every day trying to get me to consign with them. I had to block numbers and emails.

No idea how they are in business….they are literally a horrendous company.

I’ve noticed that they seem to list anything remotely like fur as ‘faux’ (and other stuff as well, but that’s another issue, lol!). I’ve always assumed they were trying to avoid courting controversy.

I've purchased many things from RealReal and have had great service, shipping speed was no more or no less than eBay -- IMO, both have their issues regarding shipping speed but overall, very satisfied with every item I've purchased from them.

Just received a pair of gucci shoes that are so cute and were very reasonably priced. The packing job was terrible though. The shoes were put into a dust bag and put into an oversized box with no other wrapping or padding. The box arrived totally crushed. Thankfully the shoes are undamaged, but they should have packed them better. I'm sure they were bumping around in the box and it's only luck that prevented them from getting scuffed or crushed.

I am thrilled with the shoes though. :)
