Could you try directly calling the store it is located at directly? Their call center customer service reps and online chat people consistently seem to really suck

It is not at a store, it is at one of the warehouses.
Based on what you sent me this bag is not at a store, if a bag is at store it will say on the listing that it is available at: "location/City/State". This B35 is at one of their fulfillment centers.Ah, a great idea, I will try that!! will keep you posted!
Do you have a RealReal store close by? They will send it to the store for you to look at in person, without buying beforehand. They did that for me for a discontinued Chanel bag I wanted. They actually sent a few of them to a nearby store for me to pick from. A salesperson at the store texted me when they were all in and I made an appointment to look at them. I was told you can request up to four items to be transferred in as long as the items are priced at $2000 or more.
Thank you for sharing this. I had an issue with them, not nearly this horrible but definitely will not buy from them again.
The comments show just how pervasive the issue is at TRR.
Fakes getting through is the norm and not the anomaly. I had them tell me a Balmain blouse was fake - that I bought FROM THEM. I showed my purchase receipt/sku and they paid me out for the blouse at the price I had paid.
I swear their authentication process just seems to be akin to throwing darts, some of the time you hit the target....
After this video I’m done with them. How is it legal to operate a business that makes no real effort to combat fakes? I imagine because they cover so many different brands and different types of items it’s hard to have expertise in every single one, but they can’t even get the most popular brands right.

Have you guys seen this video? It just popped into my recommendations today and I'm appalled (but not really surprised) by the way TRR handled this whole situation. TL;DR: They sold a fake Loewe Puzzle bag, wouldn't admit to it, and it took more than a month for the buyer to get her money back.
Special & "unique" wrapping indeed. Just wonder what the CEO would say about items shipped from TRR
with painter's tape?
