Guys! I need help! I keep going back to the mini mac, (I love so many RM bags, I have her tote bags but now I really want a mini mac, but "SHOULD" only buy 1. I always like all of her colors, but I don't want to get any color that is too"LOUD." Please help me choose a classy color that is versatile for my age (30's).

I am debating between:
1) Black with Rose Gold Hardware( but the zipper is light gold, does this look tacky or too loud?"
2) New Grey with Silver Hardware
3) Fatigue (a tan color) with light gold hardware

Please help! Thanks!
 
Can anyone here talk about the durability of their RM bags?

I've previously only owned Fossil and vintage Coach and both have held up really well even after many years of hard, consistent use and the occasional snow/rainstorm.

RM's leather seems to be much softer and thinner so I'm worried about my new bags. Any experiences or tips?

I don't think any of those are too loud. I would just go with whichever one matches more of your outfits.

I personally like getting black so I don't have to worry as much about dye transfer, because I wear a lot of black/white, and because I hate any hint of clashing. But if you don't wear a lot of dark colors it could be a bit harsh.

What bags do you have that are fragile? Most of my RMs (both new and old) have good leather, I only have a couple where the leather seems thin. Maybe I'm lucky? For all my bags, my main worry is with corner wear and hardware tarnishing. I have that problem with Fossil and Coach too.

I think the only way to slow down wear is to condition and rotate them offten.

Hello, hope this is a good place to post...looking for advice.

My husband bought me a mini MAC for Valentine's Day. Orders it from RM website, from sale section and used a 15% off coupon code I had from my email. Purse came in today and there are green stickers on it marking damage to the leather. It's an acknowledged damaged purse. He called customer service several times and got no answer. He emailed and asked why would they send that and that he'd like to get full exchange or refund. Someone in customer service responded back that they are sorry but their policy is just a store credit on sale items. Problem is, the purse came to me damaged and should not have left the site in the first place. Further, if we were to return it for store credit, it won't be enough to cover anything else because this was bought on sale and with coupon code, so I really just want my money back. We want to speak to someone but they weren't answering. Will that help? Is this just some misunderstanding and if we can speak to someone they will allow a full return and refund instead of giving us the canned customer service responses?

i believe you have to make enough posts in order to have the Private Message option. in the past, they said you had to make 10 posts. for now, i have no idea. just try 10 and see if it works. good luck!

Ocean blue, Stonewash Gray, Royal Blue, Bright Royal, Wine, Violet, Paperwhite, Deep Purple, Navy Blue... yes, I'm actually listing colors from your early 2000s bags. I've been drooling over those colors for a long time now and I would love a new bag in any of these colors. ^_^ I can't wait to see pics of the new collection. ;) Crossing fingers the leathers are squishy soft, thick and glossy. I miss those leathers.

My turquoise RM bag is my favorite purse! Now I don't really need another one that color, but I think it is a gorgeous color to include in a new collection! Black is my most used color and should be in every collection, in my opinion.

The picture was taken at night so the lighting doesn't show the beautiful color, but I love it!

Hi everyone! I own three lovely RM bags purchased from Amazon. I recently also made a purchase on the actual Rebecca Minkoff website but returned the items because they weren't what I was expecting. I had been waiting a while for my store credit refund, so I tried contacting their customer care email and the phone line during business numbers and was getting no response. After reading the posts here, I contacted the social email address and they promptly got back to me (so thanks!).

Now my issue is... I received the store credit, but it's in the form of a discount code, and from what I can tell from fiddling with the checkout page, you're only allowed to use one discount code per order? So how do I combine the extra 25% off sale items discount code with my store credit discount code? Please tell me this is possible??

Otherwise, it would make much more sense to issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card than a discount code... especially since I was also informed that my discount code is a one-time use, so I'd have to spend the whole amount on a single purchase =/
