Hi Onagaz!Hi everyone! I own three lovely RM bags purchased from Amazon. I recently also made a purchase on the actual Rebecca Minkoff website but returned the items because they weren't what I was expecting. I had been waiting a while for my store credit refund, so I tried contacting their customer care email and the phone line during business numbers and was getting no response. After reading the posts here, I contacted the social email address and they promptly got back to me (so thanks!).
Now my issue is... I received the store credit, but it's in the form of a discount code, and from what I can tell from fiddling with the checkout page, you're only allowed to use one discount code per order? So how do I combine the extra 25% off sale items discount code with my store credit discount code? Please tell me this is possible??
Otherwise, it would make much more sense to issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card than a discount code... especially since I was also informed that my discount code is a one-time use, so I'd have to spend the whole amount on a single purchase =/
