So DH got an email this afternoon. Finally. It was a reply to an email sent to [email protected].
She (Lindsey) apologized for the lack of response, and said they have had a lot of inquiries due to the holidays. She told him that his order never made it to production, and then offered to put the order through for him again or to refund the order in full. They also gave him a 25% discount on a future purchase (anything but Classics) for the inconvenience.
I'm glad they made it right and sent a very cordial, apologetic and accommodating response. Still sad that it took so long to get an answer and it was only after he reached out to the social e-mail address that I got from you lovely ladies here on tpf, so thank you for the intel.
Not sure yet what I'm going to do (reorder or cancel)...leaning toward cancel just cuz it all feels kinda tainted now. Does that sound silly??
