I second that! KS has the best packing! It's always super secure and super cute taboot. MK also does a great job with their packing too. My RM bags have been packed in tissue...nothing cute or exciting, but at least wrapped. Then again they were smaller bags so I don't know how the larger ones are shipped. I feel like if you're ordering from a designer's site they should step it up with packaging...making sure it's secure and looks special when you open the box. When I order from retail stores I don't expect there to be any special/nice/cute packing, but I do expect they take care to pack the bag so it doesn't get damaged (I think most of us have been victim to the poorly wrapped bag). This is coming from someone that has bought WAY too many bags online!![]()
I agree! Will happy to pay bit extra for the box, as long as i know my bag is safe in it.I think it's time for RM to start investing on those boxes then. I hate ordering anything on her site just to open the box and see my item poorly wrapped in tissue and nothing else to protect it. Kate Spade is not even high-end either, but they do offer boxes for a small fee. And even without the boxes, they always took their time to securely wrap their stuff in several layers of tissue, bubble wrap, and thick paper. Opening their packages always felt like Christmas to me. I love it!
I remember ordering a Kate Spade T-Shirt and a cheap Kate Spade Saturday accessory in the past, and they never slacked off on the packaging. Coach, another contemporary mid-range brand, also have boxes, too. Whoever does the packing at RM is lazy and need to take notes from their rivals. Nobody wants to spend hundreds on a bag just to have it carelessly tossed into the box with no protection.
I never saw a sticker too. What does the sticker look like? I cannot post picture of my bag as its a big file size. I have to edit it first. My last one didn't have one, just tape.

I've never received the sticker. Just tapeIt's a blue sticker with the words "REBECCAMINKOFF" written on it in white text. I think it's a small, rectangular-sized sticker. Unfortunately, I threw away the sticker so I can't post a picture of it.
Shocked. I didn't even get that paper nor stickerthe sticker looks like the one in this unboxing video:

In your case, I think you could take these bags to a regular leather shoe/bag shop to have the tube fixed, it is a pretty common type of repair. RM is considered an affordable contemporary brand so I don't think they do repairs especially since you indicate your bags are pretty old. Only brands that I can think offering life-long repairs are the top tier luxury brands.I am looking to find out how much a repair would cost for handles. I have had these MABs for a long time and the tube in the handles have never been correct since I purchased. When I select the button to contact a customer care liaison i receive the message that they are no longer accepting submissions. Any suggestions?
They are still active on Twitter. I think it's just the end of year slowdown and probably many people are on vacation. Happy New Year!I just noticed the RM Team hasn't responded back in awhile, I hope everything is okay.
