Update: i have phoned the customer service and was very helpful. Explained to me that RM have sopme sort of warehouse in kentucky and once the parcel has been clear in the custom then it should depart the US. I am happy that this is sorted. Hopefully it will arrive on time. thank you RM customer service.

I'm glad you got this sorted out. RM's CS is awesome!! Crossing fingers your bag arrives safely to your home country! <3

Agreed! I love the RM cases as well but they are all for iphone. Not ever going to switch to iphone. :nono: Please make for Samsung Galaxy phones :)

She did make cases for the Samsung S6, but they're sold exclusively through Case-Mate. Two of them are snap-back cases, and the others are the envelope-style wristlets and a fringe bag that has a pocket that's big enough to hold the S6. Unfortunately, she didn't make the bag Gallianogirl posted for the S6, though.

Oh that's cool. I wanted the back case type for the phone. The ones that are plastic. Ive never seen one for Galaxy phones. I like the one with stars on the site now. ☺

Hi ladies!

We hope you're all having a wonderful week! :yahoo::hbeat::tup:

We are so excited to launch this new program to all of you first, just in time for the holidays! This is something we've been wanting to do for a long time, and here it is! We hope you're as excited as we are!

You can now design your Rebecca Minkoff M.A.B. Mini , Mini M.A.C., or Cory Pouch just how you’d like it, with various options for the leather, zipper track, hardware, lining and monogram color. That said, there are 84 unique bag combinations available!

We hope you love this as much as we do. Enjoy customizing! :cloud9:

Best,
RM Team

Hi RM Team,
your link isn't working, can't find the customization on your site.
Next, would love to see the Woven Love cross body in sunshine (yellow) produce in regular size. The mini size is too small even for petite ladies! :smile1:

So I finally heard from customer service after sending a couple of emails. Today I got a crossbody strap for my Mini Avery Tote in the mail and I'm very Disappointed!! While I appreciate the response I feel like they just sent me something they had laying around. The replacement has bright gold round grommets, it does not have the leather slide to hold down the excessive strap or the extra decorative detail at the end of the strap. It might not seem like much but those details change the whole appearance of the bag in my opinion.
I just bought a Love Crossbody but I'm really debating if it's going to be returned.

Update: my micro perry bag arrived tonight (england gmt time) yippe! Im expecting it is inside rebecca minkoff box. But it is just inside the plastic bag where they normally store the bag. Also i noticed two scratches line on one of the hardware. I hope they didn't send me a return item from the other buyer. I will post pictures soon. Are these kinda normal? I wish we have a store here so i can just pop in and can choose! The scratches are so tiny that is not noticeable when i wear it. Im just expecting that everything is in perfect condition. I love the bag and don't want to send it back as it will take another 10 days.

as far as i know they don't offer an original box but a paper wrap with a sticker. RM is not a high-end luxury brand after all.
if you buy from the sale, there's a chance you may get a return item. i got a few and most of them are in pristine condition so it's fine to me. in this case you feel fine with the scratches. just in case it bothers you, i'd recommend you contact them to find a solution.

I think it's time for RM to start investing on those boxes then. I hate ordering anything on her site just to open the box and see my item poorly wrapped in tissue and nothing else to protect it. Kate Spade is not even high-end either, but they do offer boxes for a small fee. And even without the boxes, they always took their time to securely wrap their stuff in several layers of tissue, bubble wrap, and thick paper. Opening their packages always felt like Christmas to me. I love it!

I remember ordering a Kate Spade T-Shirt and a cheap Kate Spade Saturday accessory in the past, and they never slacked off on the packaging. Coach, another contemporary mid-range brand, also have boxes, too. Whoever does the packing at RM is lazy and need to take notes from their rivals. Nobody wants to spend hundreds on a bag just to have it carelessly tossed into the box with no protection.

I've never seen the sticker :(

I second that! KS has the best packing! It's always super secure and super cute taboot. MK also does a great job with their packing too. My RM bags have been packed in tissue...nothing cute or exciting, but at least wrapped. Then again they were smaller bags so I don't know how the larger ones are shipped. I feel like if you're ordering from a designer's site they should step it up with packaging...making sure it's secure and looks special when you open the box. When I order from retail stores I don't expect there to be any special/nice/cute packing, but I do expect they take care to pack the bag so it doesn't get damaged (I think most of us have been victim to the poorly wrapped bag). This is coming from someone that has bought WAY too many bags online! :p
