Right now I'm so upset. First my Mini Cupid breaks and now as I'm walking into my daughters dance recital the gold hook detaches from the strap of mini Avery tote. So embarrassing

I was wondering if i could get a white dust bag for my julian backpack. Also i have a repair question: the threads in the inside pocket of my mini mac has unraveled, is it there any way i could get that repair? What kind of documentation would you need? Thank you rmteam!
