In regards to the dust bag issue. All of the dust bags for my RM's are blue. I have 7 bags I think. What I am really worried about is my white Love Crossbody. Should I be worried about storing it in the blue dust bag? :hrmm

There was only one person who has reported the dustbag as staining the bag. Since then, have not seen anyone reporting it as happening again, so I think we can take it as a one-off or maybe caused by climate conditions? If you have been using it without any issue, it should be all right.

Thanks! I only put it in the dust bag to store for the winter a couple weeks ago so too early to know if there will be an issue yet. Maybe I will find something else to put it in. I just worry about it since it's white leather!

Happy Halloween, RM team and thanks for posting so often! I would like to put in a wish for RM to make more key fobs / bag charms. The only one I see on sale is the white tassel which I haven't bought as it doesn't go with any of bags. I would love something edgy and moto!

The mini-mini macs are brilliant btw. I know I am going to get a couple of those!

Eta: Oh I saw more tassel colors on the website, very nice! Will consider those.

Why is that, whenever you have a contest on social media, you NEVER announce the winner? It's not cool to leave your fans in the dark like that. We go through all the effort to enter your contests and for what? We never heard back from you guys and you have the nerve to ignore us whenever we repeatedly asked to see who won. I find it very rude and insulting.

I'm surprised people are still entering your contests despite you guys repeatedly refusing to announce the winners. What are you guys hiding exactly?

I hope the winner for the wanderlust tote will be posted soon, lots of your fans (including me) on FB/Instagram are very eager to see the winning photo. I don't understand why you can't spend a minute to do this, but have no problem posting other stuff completely unrelated to the contest. It doesn't make sense.

oksana, why don't you email RM's CS directly with your order information snd reference no? I think they will be able to help you more than in this public forum. They reply pretty fast to email unlike here which is every few weeks.
