I love the RM CS team too, they are lovely and really go out of their way to send you replacement tassels and parts if they have them. However, I think we need to address whether the dustbags are really an error or a result of over zealous cost cutting. If it's the latter, CS can't do anything about it as the feedback needs to be kicked up to the executive level by us loving fans.

Okay, just called customer service and she was very nice :smile1: she is sending a replacement dustbag for the other one. And she mentioned that she saw the posts here so thats very reassuring to know.

Thanks for your reply, RM Team. I finally received my little bag and I love it! I was surprised that each of the flaps opens up to reveal 3 separate compartments - it's amazing! The bag fits my phone perfectly as well as my other essentials. I am in love with it and cannot wait to use it! Such a fun, adorable and unique little clutch. I have to admit this is my favorite RM bag so far. Love, love, love it!

I also like to thank you (and your team) for the awesome customer service. I remember sending a few emails about this bag and you guys have been so helpful. Again, thank you! You guys are the best! <3

To the RM Team,

The replacement dustbags came today. Thank you so much, they even sent an extra one and they are in white! :-) my bags are so happy now lol

Oh, white dustbags!! They look great and they definitely won't stain the leather. Should we expect white dustbags from now on instead of the blue ones? Fingers crossed! It's so great that the RM team is listening to all our requests.

After a little over a month i got my Mini Cupid (less than 1 year old and bought at RM online website) back from the repair department and while everyone was very professional and quick to respond to emails, I have to say I'm a little disappointed. My purse looks exactly the same as it did before I sent it in. I'm still relatively new to RM (started collecting this year) and out of my 6 bags I have so far it's easily my favorite but I'm afraid to use it now.
