Hello...
I just want to ask if it's possible to get color transfer from the blue dustbag? I haven't used my MAC much, i just stored it in its dustbag for months and when i took it out, it has bluish stains all over and especially visible on the edges.

Hi I received an Avery Saffiano Crossbody Bag, Black for an anniversary gift a few months ago. However, the strap is no longer working as the clasp broke off on one part and in addition the black color has faded. I was wondering how I could get a replacement strap as this is still my favorite light weight bag! Thank you! :)

Dear RM Team,

I purchased a pair of Georgina Sandals on you RM online shop on March 10. This is my first purchase with RM and I am very disappointed with the product quality and customer service quality. After a couple of wears the sandal leather just fell apart. I contacted Kelsey at RM customer service and after numerous emails back and forth she kept insisting that she could not find my purchase record and gave me a total runaround for a month. When I finally replied back with my paypal receipt she totally ignored my email corespondences. In the end after a very harsh email to her I was issued back a refund. I feel it could have been dealt in a more professional manner. Lesson learned the hard way will stick with the big brands from now on. Just wanted to let other potential buyers know that you are not getting your money's worth with this brand.

Selmita – Unfortunately, we do not have a confirmed re-stock on any new leather Jules satchels. So sorry! We will not be releasing more styles in Sandstone :nogood: but that is a great suggestion! We’re absolutely obsessed with it too! We are also no longer making the full size Perry or MAC. These styles will only be available in Mini and Micro sizes! Having a store in Paris would be amazing – I’ll be sure to pass along this suggestion! :yahoo:

+1. Although if tweaking the full size, I would prefer the handle to be longer so I can switch back and forth between shoulder and hand carry. A strap drop similar to the Cupid's is ideal. I wouldn't carry the full size with a long strap as I want to avoid the laptop bag feeling.

I am currently sporting my mini cupid in the mint. I just love it. I will be switching out to the Fiona Fringe on the First of October. I would like to know if there is a special cleaner or repellant I should use on either one of these bags and how they should be stored.

What are the dimensions for the rock and roll pouch? I just ordered one and I can't wait to receive it. I figured since it's the same price as the Leo clutch, can we expect this "pouch" to be the same size? I need to make sure so I can fit my Samsung S6 Edge phone. Thanks.

What do you suggestion for cleaning the inside of the bags. I have 2 cupids with a light lining and both have developed dark lines going across the tops of the linings below the zipper ( its weird the both have perfectly straight dark lines in the same spot almost like something is bleeding from inside the bag behind the lining??) letme know if you have any suggestions on what product to try. Someone in one of the other threads said baby wipes but it did nothing.
