Aero63 - Mint is one of our favorite colors! Fringe is so great for fall. For cleaning and protecting leather, our repair facility recommends using Apple brand products! For suede, they recommend using Scotchgard! Because suede is very sensitive, we would recommend taking it to a professional if it is ever in need of a clean! These products are all available on Amazon.com! :winkiss: We also recommend storing your handbags in their dustbags to keep them extra safe!

Hi RM,

I have ordered the Regan Satchel, and I absolutely can't wait for it to get here!
I live in Denmark and have pre-paid tax and customs.
I ordered the bag the 28th of september, and received an e-mail confirming that it had been shipped the same day.
After contacting customer care, because I couldn't get the tracking number to work, they informed me, that my parcel is "currently undergoing documentation and labelling".
But how is that possible, if it has already been shipped?
I am very worried as to wether I will receive my bag in time or not. I am moving to London Saturday the 17th of October, so I would really like to receive my bag before then!

Can you reassure me, that the shipping status is normal, and that the bag is on it's way?

When will the next sample sale be? I live in the LA area and would like to go to your Melrose store . I figure I would take time off from work to go during the week during the day so it is not so busy and want to know when the sale will be so I can request time off from work. Thanks:smile1:!!

Dear RM team,

Will there be any re-stock on the Hudson Moto Mini soon? For Fall maybe?
I've been eyeing that one for a while now and always could not decide on which colour!

They are only available in black now on the website.
So it'd be nice to know if there's more colours coming out soon? ;)

Some feedback for the RM team from an RM lover:

We need bigger dustbags. The new dustbags are fine for the mini macs but it's a bit ridiculous when a Love crossbody is a tight fit and I have a mini Harley that doesn't fit at all.

Please avoid stamping the logo metallic print on the back of bags. Not really sure why some bags have that while others retain the logo plate but the foil stamping in a place that gets rubbed a lot is not a good idea. The Love Crossbody is actually one of RM's better quality bags and it would be sad if people got turned off by that.

I know RM always listens to feedback and I love you guys for that. You make the best crossbody bags as far as I am concerned. I am loving my brand new suede Finn. Keep it up!

I completely agree with what was said about the dustbags & the gold plate. I really don't mind that the dustbags are no longer matching the lining, but they must 1) leave no stains on light leather (it's been reported several times) and 2) be big enough so that we don't ruin our bags by forcing them in/out daily. I know you must have been listing to these particular suggestions because I've just received my last order from RM.com, and the dustbags are not only were roomier then the ones from two months ago, but the fabric is also very different. It feels more synthetic so maybe it won't stain as much, if at all. If this is a permanent change than thank you so much for listening to our suggestions!!

My biggest regret at the moment is that RM.com does not take the time to add modeling pictures of their new bag colors, as it forces me (an international customer with no RM boutique in my country, so no way of seeing the goods in person) to scan the entire internet for a modeling picture before purchasing. When a bag is created in several colors season after season, I expect to get a picture with someone modeling the new color, not get a mod shot of the basic "black" color and be expected to order based on the first 3 pictures. Some bags don't even come with any modeling pictures (like the new Micro Perry. I know you provided measurement but it's really not the same as seeing the bag carried by a model) This lack of updated pictures is especially difficult when you're re-using color names. For example, the new "Charcoal Love Crossbody" looks nothing like the one from last year, the color is way lighter, yet on the website you're using the old color in the preview, which is totally misleading. Please, if you can, give us modeling shots. It's a shame that I have to leave RM.com and search elsewhere to get accurate pictures, especially since Shopbop etc... don't have as many bags as the official RM website.

Thank you Soramillay for taking the time to let the RM team know. I have 4 Love Crossbody bags plus 1 mini love among many other RM styles and I don't intend to buy any more love bags nor other RM bags because of these issues. I love the brand for the beautiful designs but these trivial ways it seems the company uses to cut costs is just silly.

Dust bags need to fit. Period. They also should not stain and ruin the bags they are meant to protect.

Logos shouldn't be placed in areas where they will be rubbed off. Better no logo on the back then an imprint of one that starts rubbing off which makes an otherwise gorgeous bag like the Love Crossbody bag look cheap and poorly-made.

I stopped buying Coach years ago when they started using a plasticized leather material that then destroyed all the reasons why I even bought from them to begin with.

I stopped buying Kate Spade when they started using clear plastic discs on some of their bags at the point where the handles attached to the bags. This made the bags look and feel very cheap.

I don't want to stop buying RM but unless RM stops cutting costs in such asinine manners, I will have to look elsewhere. I love the brand, I have many and I love them all but I think I'm done until I can see changes being made.

Oh and btw, please don't make bags with magnets where there is no need for them. If you want to cut costs, don't use any more magnets. That should cut down on paying for the labor and materials to put magnets in bags.

This is just one girl's opinons but I hate magnets in purses and wallets. I'm always fearful the magnets will compromise my electronics like my iPad and iPhone. For example, I personally don't think you need to put a magnet on the back flap of the Love bag. The mini Perry satchel also doesn't need magnets on the front and back flaps either since it has the zippers to keep the flaps closed. I keep having to avoid putting my iPhone in those flaps because it would ruin my phone's internal mechanisms even though my phone would fit perfectly in those flaps!

This goes for the mason wallets as well. I'm always scared of putting my phone in the bag on top of or next to the wallet in case the magnet on the back flap of the wallet touches my cell phone.

I recently ordered 2 love crossbody bags. Got them yesterday and i love them. I was just disappointed with one of the dustbag that came with it. It was way way smaller than the other one, my bag couldnt even fit. These are my first RM bag(s) but im kinda wary to use the dustbags bcoz of the color too (hope it doesnt stain) maybe something lighter in the future :-)

I received a bag with no dustbag at all last month, so I contacted their CS and they sent me one immediately, free of charge. If you got the wrong size they'd probably do the same for you, they're so helpful! :)
