I am very disappointed with the customer service at RM. I ordered a MAB during the sale and it came with no tassel on the lower zipper pull. I contacted customer service and was told they have no extra tassels in stock. This is really hard to believe because they have sent out tassels to others. I can't keep a MAB without tassels so after repeatedly trying will be sending it back. Way to keep customers happy!

They are notorious for poor customer service. I see tons of her bags at discount stores like tj maxx and off fifth. Off fifth has an entire section with her bags. You could always try getting a bag that way. I stopped purchasing her stuff completely.
 
So the moto hobo is on sale today for 128. However there is a second black one on sale that seems to be the same for 198. The only difference is the product number. Are there outlet quality bags sold on the RM site? Wondering what the quality will be if I purchase the $128 bag.
 
i just ordered from her website for the first time. i am nervous....hope i get my item lol. has their customer service gotten any better?
Old post, but I wish she did. You would think in this year she would have taken the time to improve her customer service. Actually hire people who are willing to help instead of posting pretty pictures online or playing dress up with her purses.

I was trying to get a return label but their site was having issues. But instead of fixing it, they continue to post on social media instead.

I ended up sending the bag back on my own dime, pissed me off but I didn't want to be stuck with it when their CS is so terribad. The good news is that it ships to California so the fee wasn't terribly high ($15 and change).

I just hope I get refunded. I don't want to have to resort to a chargeback...

Meanwhile, I emailed Coach on a sunday and they responded promptly the next morning. See, Rebecca? How hard is that?
