Just wanted to let you guys know that most RM bags will NOT have dust bags anymore. After not receiving one with a recent order, I contacted customer service and they informed me that they have changed their policy regarding dustbags. I've never purchased a designer handbag that did not have a dustbag, a very basic thing to include I think. But thought you guys would like to know.

I just bought my first RM from their website (I've gotten slews from other retailers and pre-owned over the years.. like maybe 20?), and will be very disappointed if it doesn't come with a dustbag!
 
I ordered two bags back in October. One came with a dustbag, one didn’t. That’s why I contacted customer service. I thought that it was just an oversight. Maybe customer service was misinformed, but it was signed by a manager.
 
I still love her bags. Her designs are classy but with that rare edgy twist. I’ve had other designer bags but grew tired with them... that just doesnt happen with my RM bags. And i have quite a few...

Do you know what's going on with the items ordered over Black Friday? I received a notice that my item had been shipped 7 days ago, and FedEx says they're still waiting on the package. Are the fires affecting orders? Thanks!

Is this case only exclusive to the iPhone X? So bummed that it wasn’t made for the 8 series. It’s totally my style and so cute! Any plans on making one for the 8 Plus, too? Pretty please?

Is there some reason nobody EVER answers the RM Customer Service line? I have tried calling at least ten different times, during a variety of hours during your scheduled business hours window, yet nobody ever picks up the phone. Messages are left unreturned, website submitted emails are not responded to. I have two returns pending, one you received 23 days ago, the other you received 14 days ago. I would like to get answers on the return status. One of the bags I returned was the J-Taime Crossbody because 2 of the 6 interior wallet pockets were sewn completely shut. I tried to contact your customer service regarding this issue many times, as I wanted to have it replaced, but nobody ever responded or answered the phone to explain what was going on with it, if it was a defect, etc. So I just shipped it back for a refund. Not impressed.
