Hi there! We've sent you a private message.Just wanted to let you guys know that most RM bags will NOT have dust bags anymore. After not receiving one with a recent order, I contacted customer service and they informed me that they have changed their policy regarding dustbags. I've never purchased a designer handbag that did not have a dustbag, a very basic thing to include I think. But thought you guys would like to know.
A copy of the email:
"Unfortunately, most of our bags do not come with a dustbag as we have changed our policy."
I just bought my first RM from their website (I've gotten slews from other retailers and pre-owned over the years.. like maybe 20?), and will be very disappointed if it doesn't come with a dustbag!
