Is there any plan to bring back rose gold hardwear? I have several bags with the rose gold and love it. I've always wanted a hunter or emerald green with rose gold mab or cupid or similar satchel style with smooshy leather.

Has anyone tried using the code SHOP1111-200 that should take 30% off your order of $200 or more on Rebeccaminkoff.com? I tried all weekend, tried contacting customer service, but wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone. Super disappointed since I was hoping to purchase two bags.

What is going on with RM?? I placed an order on Saturday, it still hasn't shipped but of course my payment has gone through. I ordered it with enough time for it to get here the following weekend to give as a gift. I would've taken the one day shipping had I known there would be even more issues but the one day shipping charge was $72??!! I've been a loyal customer, lover, fan and collector since the MAB came out but with all these re-occurring problems I don't think I could support this brand anymore. I've always bragged to my friends how much I loved my RM bags but you do not take someone's money and leave them hanging for days or weeks to get what they paid for. I have never, ever had this problem purchasing from TB or KS and if there ever was a question they answered me right away. These problems are un-acceptable. The last big sale there were hundreds of complaints about people not getting their items or problems with returns. This should've never happened again.

I find it extremely worrisome that I have to chase after Rebecca Minkoffs customer service on some public forum. I have called their phone number so many times on so many different days and there was never anyone to pick up the phone. I have sent multiple emails detailing my issue. I have indicated that this was not about a delayed order. It is about an incomplete shipment: you took my money, but you sent me only one bag, even though the included paper says there should be both bags in the box. Well, the box is not even big enough for two bags. I am trying everything in my power to get someone who sold me those bags to talk to
me. This is a very serious issue.
