Is there some reason nobody EVER answers the RM Customer Service line? I have tried calling at least ten different times, during a variety of hours during your scheduled business hours window, yet nobody ever picks up the phone. Messages are left unreturned, website submitted emails are not responded to. I have two returns pending, one you received 23 days ago, the other you received 14 days ago. I would like to get answers on the return status. One of the bags I returned was the J-Taime Crossbody because 2 of the 6 interior wallet pockets were sewn completely shut. I tried to contact your customer service regarding this issue many times, as I wanted to have it replaced, but nobody ever responded or answered the phone to explain what was going on with it, if it was a defect, etc. So I just shipped it back for a refund. Not impressed.

I'd go through the credit card company for a chargeback if you have proof the return was received by them
 
Hi RM team,
I was charged for an item that was missing in the parcel I got. In ur website today it says item is out of stock. How are we proceeding with this? I did not hear from ur CS team.

I recommend asking this question on their Instagram. They haven’t responded to this forum for awhile.

Another option is to call this number (but do it next week, since they are closed on weekends). I found it on RM’s Facebook, it’s her corporate phone number. Hope you get your issue resolved soon.

Much work on customer side to follow up on order fulfilment issues that shouldn't have happened and resolution that didn't happen :annoyed:

SAME. It's extremely frustrating. I thought it was just somehow me, but then found a TON of horrible reviews about CS online. Sad, I really used to like RM.

Lo and behold i got my refund for the item i did not receive. I followed up by replying to the ticket created when emailing the CS.( In my ticket I had sent pictures); and made my posts here in this thread as above. Total resolution time was 1-2 weeks.

Sorry you had to go through that. You shouldn't need to constantly follow up with a company to get your money back for something they never shipped. Sad to see RM have this CS issue from day 1 and not address is 10 years later.

There were like 20 designer bags and I bought them all for $20 bucks each ( Coach, Chanel, Rebecca Minkoff, Hermès Balenziaga, Burberry to name just a few) Felt like winning the lottery. Anyway, I would like to know more about the absolutely fabulous Rebecca Minkoff that I now am fortunate to own. Design style, retail price, etc...I uploaded some pics and any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Serious Question: which bag has a thicker not comfortable strap for crossbody wear?( i have triplets and must be comfy )
