Is there some reason nobody EVER answers the RM Customer Service line? I have tried calling at least ten different times, during a variety of hours during your scheduled business hours window, yet nobody ever picks up the phone. Messages are left unreturned, website submitted emails are not responded to. I have two returns pending, one you received 23 days ago, the other you received 14 days ago. I would like to get answers on the return status. One of the bags I returned was the J-Taime Crossbody because 2 of the 6 interior wallet pockets were sewn completely shut. I tried to contact your customer service regarding this issue many times, as I wanted to have it replaced, but nobody ever responded or answered the phone to explain what was going on with it, if it was a defect, etc. So I just shipped it back for a refund. Not impressed.
I'd go through the credit card company for a chargeback if you have proof the return was received by them
