oksana, why don't you email RM's CS directly with your order information snd reference no? I think they will be able to help you more than in this public forum. They reply pretty fast to email unlike here which is every few weeks.
That was the first thing that I did, but got no response. I emailed RM's CS again after I placed an order, they emailed me back that time and said that nothing can be done with my invalid tracking number and I just need to wait for the parcel to arrive to my country. So, that's what I'm doing now 🙂
My first message on this forum was post before placing an order, I just tried to find out any information about shipping, but I was so impatient to get a new bag, that I took a risk and just ordered it without even knowing how it was going to be delivered [emoji28]
