oksana, why don't you email RM's CS directly with your order information snd reference no? I think they will be able to help you more than in this public forum. They reply pretty fast to email unlike here which is every few weeks.


That was the first thing that I did, but got no response. I emailed RM's CS again after I placed an order, they emailed me back that time and said that nothing can be done with my invalid tracking number and I just need to wait for the parcel to arrive to my country. So, that's what I'm doing now 🙂
My first message on this forum was post before placing an order, I just tried to find out any information about shipping, but I was so impatient to get a new bag, that I took a risk and just ordered it without even knowing how it was going to be delivered [emoji28]
 
Oksana_s - We sincerely apologize for any confusion! Your order is currently going through customs which is why we are unable to provide a tracking number. We're so sorry! We are happy to send over the tracking number once it has arrived to the destination country. ;):tup::kiss:
 
Hi RM Team!
I purchased a Mini Julian last week through the RM website and was hoping to receive a white dustbag, but received a blue dustbag instead. I thought white dustbags were going to be sent out from now on? :wondering
 
While we're on that topic, please make a bigger version of the Mini-Sydney. There have been a number of us loving on the look and design but not purchasing cos it's too tiny and won't fit bigger phones. I adore the mauve color.

The size of the regular Astor saddle bag would be ideal :smile1:
