Thanks RM Team. I know the Holidays are upon us so everyone is extremely busy, but can I expect a response soon? I just need the strap repaired/replaced. No one ever contacted me about my Cupid and I don't want to get lost in the shuffle again.

Hi RM Team! May I know if Port is the same color as Burgundy? Saks is selling the Dark Red bag as Burgundy. Please clarify. We don't have an RM store here and I'm basing it all on the photos I see online. Also, are there 2 versions of the Charcoal color? By the way, I'm referring to the colors available for the Love Crossbody. Thank you!

Please make more Mini Scarves! I missed out on the Tiki Disco Mini Scarf and I'm bummed you're not making anymore of them. Not many contemporary designers are making these types of scarves anymore (even Coach stopped making them). I've been looking everywhere for a scarf like this one but with a reasonable price range. My Mini Julian is in desperate need of this scarf.

Please make more!! And don't make them GWP please. Thanks.

I want to ask same question as i am eyeing the mini perry but in burgundy. I am not so sure the true colour as i can see different colour (comparing the mini perry in port the stripy or like lv vernis type leather and the same name but in grainy type leather) from Rm website. They both in port colour but i don't wanna buy it then i will be disappointed when it arrives. I ended up buying the micro perry in cherry! I hope RM team can help us. Thanks.

I went ahead and bought the Burgundy Love Crosbody at Saks and when I got the bag, the label says Port. Not sure thought if they use the same leather for the Mini Perry. :) Here's a photo of the bag which I also posted in another thread:

Thanks pinkwiggle! I must say i love the bag and the colour! It does look like port (wine) colour to my eye. I was after the burgundy mini perry as i saw it in youtube and thought " Hmmm... I want one"! Haha. But this bag and colour will be on my list! Thank you once again for your input! X

Update: i have phoned the customer service and was very helpful. Explained to me that RM have sopme sort of warehouse in kentucky and once the parcel has been clear in the custom then it should depart the US. I am happy that this is sorted. Hopefully it will arrive on time. thank you RM customer service.
