Hi RM & Team,

I have had my parcel (Isobel nubuck Guava saddle) go missing in transit, I've contacted the couriers (13ten and Yodel) and they've told me to contact you and resolve the issue.
(My cynical mind tells me that someone's got themselves a nice new bag free of charge and i'm absolutely furious).

I have now emailed you, via your website, and am hopeful of a fast and positive outcome.

I love your dresses, but they always ran too big. I bought many of your past season dresses in TJ Maxx, Nordstrom rack and Amazon, but had to return them all because they ran 2 sizes too big. I'm normally an XS but they fit more like a Medium or large. I also noticed your tops also ran big, too.

It's unfortunate because I love your clothes and I wished they fit. I have a few of your tees and I couldn't wear them out because they were so baggy. I've been hesitant ever since to buy your clothes now. Wished the sizing was more consistent.

Just ordered a studded guitar strap online last night, had a question on my order and called customer service today, and was very pleased at how helpful they were !!! Can't wait to use this on my black triple zip jealous satchel !!! Always loved RM !!! :woohoo:

Hi,
I am new to owning a RM , just recently purchasing one at a resale shop.
After my purchase, i have done research and now am questioning the authenticity
of the bag.
can you help with determining if my suspicions are founded?

Please make snapback cases for Samsung S6 Edge Plus phones. I love your new clear, glittery cases for the iPhone but I'm frustrated that RM didn't make them for the Samsung, too. It's unfair that Samsung owners like myself have to be stuck with ugly, boring generic cases when iPhone gets to have all the fun cases. Even Kate Spade made cute cases for iPhone only and it's just not fair at all. Makes me regret being a Samsung owner.

Samsung s6 user here, and I share your frustration!
But I will never use an Iphone. Samsung is the way to go. Don't regret it! :smile1:

Thanks Rockstar, you're right, Samsung is infinitely better than iPhone could ever be. I just hate that these designers are constantly ignoring us Samsung owners. Even when they do make cases for us, it's always the boring kind when iPhone gets all of the cute novelty cases. It sucks.

I guess I'm sticking with my real wood cases from etsy for now.
