I made my first purchase on RM official website.
My question is, how long does it take to process and ship?
Also, what kind of fabric lining can I expect in my mini avery tote? (quartz)
You have awful customer service by the way. I tried to call your number and no one picked up at 9:40 ish am EST. It wasnt until i commneted on instagram I was trying to get in touch with someone did they DM me (even then, they took an hour or 2 for response). I called before you guys got a chance to get back to me on DM and luckily ONE person was able to answer the call. I was able to cancel and order again in a different color so that was fine. But - after finding out the fabric lining changes by season - I tried calling literally 20+ times to ask the question about the lining inside because if it were a b/w leopard lining or butterflies I wanted to cancel it completely before it got shipped out. HORRIBLE. You're telling me you're members can post on the RM official instagram and snapchat, yet no one can be by the phones? Unacceptable. I'm hoping my package comes with the UPS return label just in case I have to return. I dont know how else to reach anyone on the RM team. This is highly annoying.... wish you guys were more involved.
