Hi! I was wondering if the Love clutch and the Regan satchel will be restocked in Latte ( preferably with silver hardware or gunmetal, as the black hardware chips so easily) , and if there are any plans to bring back the color Black Cherry?

Hi RM Team,
Can you let us know when the Sample sale is? I know it is usually in Nov but most of the time I don't get any notification ( usually thru email) until the day it starts. It would be nice to have more of an advance notice so I can plan time to go . The LA store is a little bit of a drive for me and I like to plan out the time to go there . So if you could maybe announce it on this thread as soon as you know when it will be would be great!!!! :) :)

Hi RM team, I recently purchased a bag from the RM website but I did not receive a dustbag. I've contacted customer service by email and by phone, and I'm still waiting on a response.

Hi RM team,

It would be very helpful if the descriptions on your website had more detail. For example:
Geo Embroidery Guitar Strap.
What color is the leather on this strap? Computer color can be deceiving...
It could be dark navy or black? And what color is the hardware? Neither is specified.
That info would be super helpful in the descriptions. Thank you!

I'm looking at the Regan satchel on the RM website and the description states that it's suede leather. But the pictures show a shiny leather comparable to the Cemento finish. Could you please confirm if it's suede or not? Thank you!

I second this! ^^^^ The Moto hobo in dark (or even medium) grey leather with shw.

Also, please make the dust bags big enough to actually fit the size of the bag that's supposed to go in it. If the dust bag is too small it squishes the bag - this is not good for the leather or shape of the bag. The dust bags used to be larger and fit the bag beautifully. This needs to be addressed.

Hello! :smile: we do not have confirmed restock in these colors - we're so sorry. :confused1: but we LOVE these colors so we're definitely hoping for a comeback! xo
