Hi there, I just wanted to ask but I ordered a Metallic Pink MAB Camera bag a few days ago and I just checked the tracking now and it says that it still hasn't shipped? It's been 2 days since the shipping label was created but it hasn't even gone through UPS's system. Is there something going on that is delaying the shipping of orders? Thanks!

May I suggest you guys find a way to figure out how to keep the bags value steady? It is getting bad in the market, fewer people are paying retail price for the RM bags now, many are waiting till the bags on sale for at least 40% off, many would not make the purchase unless they are 1/3 of retail price. Your bags are pretty and have decent quality, but if they don't hold the value, it may hurt the brand more than the profit the mass production bringing in.

Are you guys going out of business? I bought a bag end of December and you took so long to ship it and used such slow shipping that we had moved by the time it was due for delivery. UPS couldn't change the address unless the sender requested the change. I emailed and called your office - calling two or three times a day during your open hours, for over two weeks - and nobody once answered the phone or replied to my emails or voicemails. I'm 8 months pregnant and on bed rest and I had to travel across town to a UPS depot to get my bag, all because your team never contacted UPS. I'll never buy another bag from you again. I would love to return this one - it's beautiful, but I hate it after this experience - but I don't even know if you're still in business or if anyone's there to accept a refund.

Dear RM Team I bought a mini mac on New Years, meaning a month ago, from your online store and since then have been e-mailing and calling you because it came with no dust bag or extra tassels even though the item description stated it came with a dust bag and no one will reply to me in customer service :(!

I am glad to see the MAM back too! Would love to see a red or maybe bright pink color. I noticed lately that the larger bags you have are all mostly neutral in color, and the cute colors are reserved for the mini bags. I have some mini bags from you already and rarely carry them, since my RM wallet doesn't even fit comfortably in them. Hoping to see some more practical sized bags in fun colors!
