Just adding my voice to the chorus, but I had a dismal experience with RM customer service when I sent my satchel in for repair. I had to chase them down continuously to get any sort of update about the status of the repair. It took more than 2 months from when the satchel reached them to when I received it back. That, coupled with the fact that the leather on the new bags has taken a nosedive in terms of quality, has made me very reluctant to consider purchasing any more RM bags. A shame, really.

Hi @cute_lil_fiend! We're so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your repair. Lookout for a private message from us. xo

Wanted to tell you how much I loved and appreciated the leather belt bags / fanny packs you put out a couple of years ago. I bought one in black and one in a tan brown. Love these!!
I wear as a sling bag rather than as an actual belt lol they are very nice.
Photo from Nordstrom website. The review in that page discusses a shedding tassel but I have never noticed that issue and I have used the bags quite a lot.

I would be interested in the return of classics like the Nikki, MAM, MAB, and MAC, especially if they are made in NYC - usually I don't pay a lot of attention to where bags are made, but I always felt like my made in NYC RMs seemed higher quality and to have better leather. I was excited to see the MAM brought back recently but didn't get a chance to check them out in person to see what I thought of the leather and colors.

Me toooooo...please go back to those scrumptious bags you produced few years back. Nikki, MAB, those were the best!!!!!!

I would happily make here but here's the questions that you would need to answer: the cost of Labor, materials, leather and hardware in US is almost double. So that begs the question: how much more would you pay for a made is USA bag? Bc we have always worked tirelessly to make sure we made products that were of high quality and great price. But with a few hundred dollars more would you still feel that way? Keen to hear!

I would love the return of the MAB satchel. I would pay for the quality if it is US made no doubt.

Also I am curious to hear from you ladies about the stigma that bags made overseas are of a lower quality? I made in the same factories as some unnamed luxury brands that are supposedly made elsewhere. Bags you might own and covet. I can assure you since we went overseas, our quality of make has gotten better.
