Does anyone on the RM team (or lovely knowledgeable members of this forum) know whether the Swing bag in Tortora was ever available with rose gold hardware? As I have seen one for sale, but the pictures look to have yellow gold, despite the description stating rose gold. Very confused, and I have asked their customer service about the discrepancy but haven't heard back and it's been 5 days...

Recently i bought the mini mac through a seller who bought it from the Gilt website. When I was check the model number, was directed to the RM website and saw that for the same model, there is a RM name plate on the back of the bag but mine does not have. I understand that Gilt does sell items that are sample sales, does it mean that slight variations are common? Or does RM make the same model but with slight variations as well? Should i be worried about my purchase? Checked other features such as the clasp, strap etc and find no problems with it.

PLease help!

I need some help! The stitching on my MAB tote which I bought just 2 days ago has started to come undone! I'm so upset. I only used it for 2 days, too. I bought the bag at Off Fifth Saks so I'm not sure if I should return it. This is the only bag they have, too. I love this bag and I don't want to part with it. Please help!!

By the way, I'm posting on my iPod so I apologize if the link doesn't work. I tried to upload it, but apparently it's too small.

Will the Cupid be coming out in any new colors? The only color I see online (except for the Cupids that are on sale) is black. It's my favorite bag so I'd love to see some new colors for fall/spring!

I have searched everywhere for wallet on a chain. I have only been able to locate discounted mini ones. Ideally I would like one with silver hardware. Has the item been discontinued? Thank you.

Gilt has quite a few full size WOC's on sale right now.. very nice colors!

All of these beautiful colors and yet...... everything I love has gold hardware. I wish RM would show some variability in hardware colors with available colors each season. Unfortunately, I'll be skipping out on purchasing anything as I'm a silver hardware girl...

https://www.nordstromrack.com/ has 5 on sale right now!! One in gold, orange, olive, red and blue for $119 each. The blue one has silver hardware. These bags will be available for 3 days only.
