Any updates on the new Nordstrom x Rebecca Minkoff Fringe MAC bag? I figured Nordstrom would put up a preorder for it like they did with the PurseBlog x RM bag, but it looks like it's coming out soon (2 months according to Nordstrom's Instagram). Will we be able to preorder it? Just wondering. I'm dying to see what it looks like. And I hope it comes in more colors besides blue and black!
 
I just sent an e-mail to RM about the handles on my MAB Mini:



Hi,



I have an older MAB (black leather, silver hardware, black/blue polka dot lining, blue zipper) that needs the drop handles fixed/replaced. The main issue is that they are floppy.



I know this was a main and common quality issue with some RM bags. It's heartbreaking!



I would like to inquire about the following:



(1) is the fix/replacement possible

(2) total cost of the fix/replacement

(3) payment methods accepted

(4) steps I need to take to begin process

(5) how long it will take for the fix/replacement to be completed

I received an automated reply within minutes. It states that they are experiencing a high volume of inquiries and they will customers in the order the inquiries are received.



How long does it usually take for RM to return inquires? Should I just go to a leather place and have them replace the handles?

Is there a specific RM person I can contact for faster service? I would hate to wait for days, weeks...worse, never hear back from anyone.

I also sent them a message this afternoon, Philippine time... They sent me that message.. and they still haven't gotten back to me on my inquiry :(

Yay BGR! I'm so happy that you got a quick reply from RMCS! Isn't Chelsey the most amazing person ever? She also helped me with my order issue, too. She is seriously the sweetest. Crossing fingers and toes your bag will be repaired back to new condition.
 
Dear Rebecca Minkoff team,

I am UTTERLY disappointed with the level... of unprofessionalism from the customer care and my order. My initial contact regarding this issue was on the 15th of July but I was ignored. I emailed about a different question on the 18th and that was replied to. Please explain why my first email was disregarded yet the second one was responded to in a quick manner even though it was out of the order of being received. My order does not fit the description. As stated in the email, my friend made the exact same purchase but our bags look completely different. The colour of my bag is not the same. The hardware is not as described, as it is a dark gold. There are two distinct leathers that have been used to make my bag. Some sections of the bag are grainy while other parts are smooth, which makes the bag look like a faulty sample bag. The extra tassels were also missing.

On the 8th of August I was sent an order invoice for the same order, which, I panicked over as I thought it was an unauthorised purchase. After contacting PayPal they assured I was not charged for that invoice. I looked over the invoice again and noticed it has "Credit Memo" on it. If you do not reply to my emails or PayPal messages, please explain here what it is. If it is a credit note I do not see any codes or if it is a replacement shipment, I do not have shipping/tracking details.

Please respond.
 
Hi RM team, any consideration to make the mini Mac in saffiano leather? It looks like a more sturdy leather as opposed to the recent leather used in Mac and mini Mac which has quite a number of issues.

And, please make more exotic mini Mac in every colors and for Mac bag like past seasons! :balloon: The recent python embossed and croc mini Mac come in black and white only, which is such a disappointment plus the black is so hard to find and purchase!
Looking forward to more colour choices for made in NYC mini Mac / Mac too, simply too little choices for selection.
