Just bought this Neon Mini Mac from Holt as an easy, go to travel bag plus it has that pop of color I've been wanting for spring and summer. I especially love the contrasting dark chain against the bright neon!

RM Team - I just purchased a Mini 5 zip in Tortora from the online sample sale and :heart: the color - especially with the rose gold hardware.

I am looking to add a Cupid to my collection as well and would love it in the Tortora with Rose gold hardware. I have been searching but haven't seen this yet. Do you know if the Cupid in that color combination will be coming?

Dear RM Team,

I have been having lots of trouble with a Neon Pink Mini Mac I purchased in March.

I got the original site from a German retailer (www.fashionette.de) and it was not in a good condition. The (what looks like) "paint" was chipping and cracking all over the bag, the color had rubbed off in some spots.
Fashionette was unable to offer me another neon pink Mini Mac as an exchange.

I then contacted RM customer service directly and was offered an exchange. I sent my bag to New York and within a short time I received a replacement.
Sadly the replacement looked even worse! I emailed the customer service representative I have been talking to again last week. I am waiting for an answer and hope there will be a solution.
I am very sad about my first Rebecca Minkoff purchase. It was supposed to be my bag for spring /summer and I haven't been able to enjoy it yet. I payed $260 for this bag because the prices are higher in Germany. That is a lot of money for a bag with that much damage.

Something must be wrong with the neon color. On the forums you can also read about other colors having the same issue (neon orange, peachy, hot red)

I experienced the same kind of problems as Manelieht. I also sent an e-mail and was offered an exchange. However, nobody has replied to my e-mails since the 7th of May, I have sent several e-mails asking whether you have received my messages but haven't heard back since.

Hi RM team!

I had also sent an e-mail on May 11th and recently wrote a follow-up e-mail about an issue with my mini 5-zip that I ordered from the website a while ago. I haven't received a response yet as well. Any help would be appreciated!
