Who can I contact about the Denim Swap? I sent my package in 2 weeks ago and I was told I would receive the code on Monday. I still haven't received it. I emailed you twice and no response, and now the lady who usually takes care of the Denim Swap thing is unavailable. This is getting ridiculous.

Next time I'm never going to donate anything to RM if they're going to scam me like this. From now on I'll just send my designer jeans to Fashion Project because their Customer Service is way better. Please give me an email address or phone number so I can get in touch. Thanks.

I recently purchased a MAC from my local Nordstrom Rack in a lovely, soft grey. However, sections of the dye are rubbing off, and I am very upset. I don't want to return the bag, because I love it. Is it possible to have it sent directly to you to have the bag fixed? Thanks and have a great day.

Any chance a large quilted affair in black with silver hardware... been holding out a few years for one and they always have gold hardware. .. also. .. no studs. Just plain black!

I checked the actual website, and it went on sale and then sold out.
